I cannot recommend this company highly enough,from my initial phone call to same day visit to assess the problem. Within quote work completed a polite and very competent electrician a pleasure to have in the house, left my home clean and tidy after the work was carried out from re-plastering of several holes checking TV was working after returning to the wall and finally hoovering up dust. Damian and his team has completed several jobs for our new house. From the first point of contact, Damian demonstrated great communication skill and was extremely patient with all my questions. He responded to my texts and emails in such a prompt and professional manner. At one of the jobs, Damian and the gas engineer he worked with discovered a gas leak and responded promptly to contact the relevant organisation so that the gas leak was controlled and the premise made safe while I was not at the property. They dealt with this in such a calm and efficient manner so that it was not over stressful to me. At my request Damien helped choosing and recommending some light fixtures (from a shop that I chose) for the new house and the end result was very satisfactory. He used his own time to do this, which involved going through several emails with me. Overall I would recommend Damian and his company.

In urgent need of electrical work to allow an unplanned cooked replacement. Damian came and quoted at the beginning of the week and was able to source a gas safe fitter to combine with their work. Blue Arc were able to organise the electrical changes needed to hard wire the cooked and have the gas linked in on teh Friday and were quick and tidy. All up and running and to the quoted cost despite some small changes needed with the gas fit. Excellent. On top they helped with the removal of the old range and arranged collection for scrap (which happened next morning). Very happy with the work and absolutely would use them again.

We contacted Damian initially about a rewire at our home. We had been intending getting some additional work done, namely plastering and a new heating system. We had thought that we would need to source additional traders for this, but after discussing with Damian realised that Blue Arc could help in these areas too. He project managed the whole job for us and we are very happy with the results. All Damian’s team are first class and we would recommend their services to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with the work Damian and his team have done for us. Nothing is too much trouble and the end result is just stunning. They have done extensive work on our recent renovation - re-wiring, outside lights, pendants, spotlights, new circuit board, LEDs, fire alarms, extractors & a full kitchen electrical fit. Damian replaced spotlights & transformers; reboarded ceilings ; replaced fan extractors. Quoted promptly; arrived on time; he is a very clean worker. Speedily responded to the odd snag. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Damian and his team are the absolute best! Damian responds really quickly to all queries and keeps you informed all the way through. Damian's team are all trustworthy and competent. Best of all they all respect your home and thoroughly protect the flooring, radiators etc before commencing any work, or wear covers on their footwear when dealing with a boiler for instance. I used Damian's services on two occasions. The first, was a large job requiring overboarding of ceilings, taking a 115 year old wall back to brick and plasterboarding and skimming it, replacing badly done bedroom spotlights and installing brand new pendant ceiling lights with new dimmer switches and electrical points. When the plaster took longer to dry out than anticipated, Damian was flexible about re-scheduling the lighting work. When the painting and decorating that we were doing ourselves also overran, Damian was incredibly understanding about re-scheduling the works. The second was an emergency boiler issue. Damian had the replacement part ordered and fitted in no time and managed to squeeze me in in the days just before Christmas. I cannot recommend Damian and his team: Ben, Ryan and Tommy highly enough. The plasterers, Alan and Daz were fantastic too, they came in and worked long days to get the job completed. If you want a job done to the highest of standards, with fantastic communication along the way and for your home to be kept as clean as possible, then think of Blue Arc Electrical.

We needed lights fitting in the kitchen and bathroom. Damian was very prompt in supplying a quote and booking us in for the job. On the day Ben and Ryan arrived bang on time, worked hard and efficiently to get the jobs done quickly and cleaned up fully when they had finished. They were very polite and pleasant and answered all my queries fully. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Arc and its staff to any of my family and friends.

Damian has carried out a variety of electrical work for us on different occasions, from installing new sockets, both indoor and outdoor lights, fitting a new consumer unit and troubleshooting when we have had a problem. This was an urgent job as we had no lighting. They immediately prioritised the job for us. They provided an estimate and advised us what needed to be done. They put on protective covers to their shoes when indoor to protect our flooring. They arrived promptly at 8am. The finished work was very neat and provides really effective lighting across the whole back of the house. They cleaned and tidied away when they had finished work and even vacuumed. We are very pleased with the work and have booked them for further work. They were polite and courteous at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any electrical work.

We had a problem with the kitchen and lounge lights. Having older wiring meant fault-finding was difficult as many additions had been made over the years. Eventually, Damian discovered resistance, continuity and other wiring faults. He offered various solutions and he suggested ideas to minimise disruption to decoration. flooring, ceilings etc. He carried out the work in a professional manner and we had confidence in him completing the work successfully. Knowledgeable and professional.

Have used Blue Arc twice now. They know their stuff. Having used various electricians over the years, I am ecstatic to finally find one who is reliable, professional and good value. They also go above and beyond and they seem to be able to fix any issue. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I contacted Damian after finding the details on Which Trusted Traders. I needed a kitchen fan replacing and a storage heater repaired, but I was only going to be available for a couple of days. Damian gave me a quote from photos, turned up on time on the agreed day and completed both tasks to a high standard, including testing to check everything was working. I was very impressed by both his professionalism and his service standards (both don't always go together, you sometimes get one or the other).

Absolutely fantastic from start (quote discussion) to finish (clearing up). They fitted a Nest video doorbell and two Nest outdoor cameras after really helpful discussion about how many were needed and their positions. Also fitted two really impressive LED security lights. Advised that we could do with a new fuse box for surge protection and completed that job to a high standard too (without pressuring us to do it), checking the electrics in the whole house in the process. Finally, fitted a new CO/Smoke alarm for free! On top of all they, they were super friendly and considerate (having to work around other tradesmen on the property), and communication face-to-face and over email was superb. Very highly recommended.

We needed an electrician quickly after all of our sockets suddenly stopped working overnight, and our previous electricians weren't answering the phone. Damian was recommended to us and came the same morning, and very quickly found the fault with our electrics and repaired it straight away. It was lucky that he was so efficient as a cable was actually on fire within the wall, and could have been a lot worse. He has recommended further checks we can have done to make sure the same doesn't happen again. Would highly recommend.

Damian, Joe and Tom did a full rewire for us and I am so grateful we went with them. They were very respectful of our home and incredibly professional both in terms of the delivery of the work itself and the project management. We needed the work done within 2 weeks and the work was completed a day head of schedule because of how well the project was managed (the service included the rewiring, plastering, waste disposal etc so there weren’t delays). Damian also took the time to explain technical matters to ensure I was well informed in any of my decision making. The quality of work is to an extremely high standard and this is something that Damian and his team do not compromise on. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Arc Electrical.
