Blue Flame Gas Solutions Ltd is a small well established family run business covering all South Wales.

We at Blue Flame Gas Solutions have been voted "Wales Heating Intaller for 2016" and are very proud of being recognised and presented with this award. We are pleased to annouce we have won this award again for 2017 and the second year running

The business was started by Garry Lloyd who has over 20 years experience and a time served British Gas engineer, during this time he was lead engineer and the highest performing engineer within South Wales and the West

As a small business we aspire to obtain 100% customer satisfaction and our ethos is "We are large enough to cope but small enough to care"

The job entailed changing a boiler and fitting nine new radiators. The work commenced on the date agreed and finished ahead of schedule. The workforce were punctual, polite and worked diligently until the work was completed. Their work throughout was carried out in a very tidy and friendly manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I.e. BlueFlame Gas Solutions.

The whole process of system install was perfect start to finish. I was kept informed every step of the way. Installation was neat and tidy, workers very polite, with minimum disruption and very clean work it was a great experience. All controls explained in great detail.

Engineers arrived promptly to install our new Worcester Bosch. Gary was very informative and explained all the technical procedures including flushing of the radiators. We understood and questions we asked were answered in a polite and courteous way. Engineers were very considerate in leaving house clean & tidy. Impressed with their professional manner.

Our gas fire and back boiler of 18 years old were removed in May and a new fire and combination boiler installed. All of the work was carried out by Blue Flame Gas Solutions. Gary and his team were polite, very professional and efficient, with all work completed on time and as per quotation schedule. Upon completion everything was explained. My wife and I were delighted with the quality of the job and would not hesitate in recommending Blue Flame Gas Solutions to theirs. Money well spent.

From the first time of contacting Garry I have been treated with the utmost of respect and efficiency is first class. At our first meeting he explained in detail all the work involved in replacing our old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch and he was true to his word. The quote was sent to me in one day and all the work was detailed on it. His team were efficient, reliable and friendly and Garry made sure there was good communication throughout.
