Excellent service. Other tradesmen had been and straight away wanted to change the boiler, quoting in excess of £2500. Gary came and said he would try and fix it. He ordered a part on a Sunday & came and fixed it on Tuesday for a very reasonable price! Very knowledgeable, friendly, clean and tidy and fantastic customer service. Will definitely use him again!!

We enquired about having a new gas boiler fitted. The response and quotation came quickly. The cost reasonable. Having accepted the quotation, accepted the work was planned quickly. The whole job was undertaken with minimum of disruption and by very pleasant workmen. The whole experience was first class and professional.

We had a new boiler installed and re-positioned into the bathroom complete with new pipework and 3 new radiators. Garry and his workmen carried out the work very efficiently and professionally and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. They were always very friendly and polite and it was a pleasure having them working in our home. We are thrilled with the finished work and would highly recommend this company.

We had been without heating for over 2 weeks and when we approached Garry at Blue Flame although he was booked up until March he said he would fit us in with the next 2 days which was fantastic. The work was carried in a polite and professional manner and given thorough instructions how to work it. They took all the rubbish away and completed the work to a high satisfaction. Would recommend them to anyone.
