Im getting on a bit so for me while I expect (and got) brilliant installation service 6 years ago, its the maintenance and service thereafter that is equally important to me. Now like I said age is starting to take its toll - the eyesight isnt all it was and as for trying to remember anything remotely useful about what to do once i a blue moon (ie after a power cut or if I am going to reprogramme the thingy {see what I mean useless at the terminology!!}) Enter Garry. I have to say he is nothing short of amazing on customer service. Not only can he talk me through what to do on the phone usually, if I still have difficulty he sends me a video! Oh that might not sound much to some of you but to someone on a pension that saves me a call out charge. I pay my maintenance costs monthly which works out superbly for me because I am not faced with huge bills and what's more I had a choice of bronze silver gold or platinum service. Oh and I hate saying this (because I do love seeing him he is such a nice guy) but he really has thought of everything and I have NEVER seen him without a smile on his face and thats damned rare today.

Extremely pleased with the jobs that were done by this firm's plumbers, they gave a time of arrival, and they were on the dot. They changed 2 taps and a shower control valve, and then our back boiler was serviced, all jobs finished clean and tidy, can't fault them.

Had a new condenser boiler fitted. Carl did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite and thorough. He made sure boiler and the new Hive control was working before he left. He left no mess, old boiler was taken away. Follow up with Garry next day to talk through warranty and check boiler was working after install. Fabulous customer service. Was recommended Garry for a new boiler installation and not disappointed at all. From the first meet Garry was polite and talked us through the installation and a choice of boiler. On the day of installation , Garry and Ryan worked diligently throughout the day. All carpets were covered and paintwork protected for the removal of my old boiler. The new boiler was installed and operating at the end of a 11 hour day for the guys. Everything was left spotless. Five star plus company.

Had this boiler fitted by Garry from Blue Flame. His work on installing was fantastic, from getting a quote using their online , which was easy and straightforward, to the installation of the new boiler. He did everything efficiently and tidily, cleared up after himself and left my house as he found it, but with a new boiler. Showed me what to do with the initial set up, just made everything very easy. So impressed and would thoroughly recommend, good prices , and more personal service than with the bigger companies. Excellent experience with Garry and leon. Incredibly skilled engineers and genuinly nice blokes. the quality of their work was fantastic so much attention to detail. Went above and beyond what I asked doing additional work which included fitting a new drain pipe from my boiler as the old pipe looked tatty and was loose and fixing a radiator which had been plumbed incorrectly. These were done at no extra charge either. Garry is very much a perfectionist with his work so he wanted to ensure everything was spot on. The new boiler has also been piped up beautifully thanks to Leon and the difference in my heating now is unreal. Will be having them back to fit new radiators next. If your looking for an honest skilled tradesman you won't go wrong with blue flame. Would recommend to anyone thanks again lads

Blue flame Gas Solutions were recommended to me by a work colleague who was very impressed by the approach and workmanship of Garry Lloyd the engineer/owner. When I phoned Garry, he was polite and offered to visit me immediately. During our discussions about possibly changing the present boiler, mainly because it was not powerful enough to supply heating and hot water to my fairly large house, he was very informative and helpful with his advice and I never once felt that he was bluffing in order to get the job. Consequently, due to his lovely attitude and patience, both at my house and on the phone on several occasions, we came to an agreement to install a state of the art Viessman Vitodens 222f 35kw boiler which was a big job, but appreciate now it was well worth the cost as I have a comfortable warm home and ample supply of hot water. As both my wife and I work in the daytime, I felt at ease leaving Garry and his colleague Leon Rowlands in the house. They were both here early every morning and worked until 6pm to get the job done as it was promising cold weather in the forthcoming days. Towards the end of the installation, while Deon cleaned up, Garry very patiently spent well over an hour going through the instructions manual with both of us. The installation is impeccable, and the whole work area was left in a tidier state than when they started. I would have no hesitation in using these two again and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have work done.

I asked Garry to come and give us a quote following me having a quote from another well known company. He came out himself to give the quote and there was no sales men just a decent guy coming out to inspect the job. He then emailed me a quote with which I was more than happy with the quote as he had beaten the other company by £800 which with them included giving me £200 off for the old boiler. I contacted Garry on the Saturday. The Monday he came out inspected the job and give me a quote all within a few hours. Garry agreed to come and do the job on the Friday for me as we had been without heating explaining that he had already committed to another job for 2 days. On Friday they arrived promptly as agreed and competed the job. We had a 30 year old boiler removed and a new boiler fitted including having to change the location of the flue. The team cleaned up as they worked and ensured that there was no mess left. Before he left he ensured that he showed us how to use the system and as we do not use the timer did not over complicate things when showing us how to use our new system. I cannot recommend Garry and his team enough. They are honest, hard working and reliable guys who are also very friendly. With the weather that we had we were expecting there to be a delay because part of the work required them to be outside but they did not and knuckled down and got the work done. We are more than happy with our new system and cannot recommend these guys enough.
