What can I say except what a fantastic job this company has done for me . My windows and French doors are absolutely second to none . The communication between us the customer and them was great . Very clean and tidy workmanship. Can’t wait for the conservatory to be done . This is the company I will always use gold star rating from me

From the quote to the finish of the work on the windows and doors was done to a high standard the salesman to the two lads that fitted the items where faultless they cleaned up left as good as new i would recommend blue manor windows to friends and family they are top rated in my eyes. Kevin and Sam have worked incredibly hard all week!! Our new bay window is fantastic! It wasn’t all plain sailing naturally, but the end result is stunning! They worked cleanly and tidily throughout, and always ensured that everything was straight when they finished each day. We had new windowsills fitted too. We were concerned with the surrounding decoration as each old sill was removed, but we needn’t have worried, because they made good any damage that was done, so we won’t need to rush into redecorating. The damage was very minor too. We always knew what each day would involve, because Kevin always kept us informed. We were initially told the work would probably need 3 1/2 days, but it actually took 4 complete days. They worked tirelessly, even when it rained. We originally chose ‘Bluemanor Windows’ as they are a local family firm and our initial contact with Tanya, showed us we had chosen well. The price was very reasonable, compared with a much bigger and more well known company that we asked for a quote from. Any concerns we had were quickly and readily sorted out. We are very pleased to be able to write this review, because we have had a fantastic experience with ‘Bluemanor Windows’, and, personally speaking, we would recommend anybody who is considering replacement windows and doors to check this local company.

Old glass conservatory dismantled and stunning new brick-built room with liven roof installed. Workers were efficient, friendly and COVID compliant. The finished product is solid and has the wow factor. A few niggles, all resolved quickly and without any argument. Delays on glass installation but down to supplier rather than Blue Manor. Would highly recommend them.

Best genuine service I have ever had bar none, from the minute they came into my home I trusted them, they were completely straight with me from start to finish, fantastic team, Next time I need something of this nature I won't hesitate to give them a call. Thanks for a good job, guys.

We have had 6 new windows and a new solidoor from Bluemanor. From start to finish the service has been brilliant. Shannon was really friendly and helpful with sales, very informative but not pushy at all. We had lots of questions and amended a few things on the order and this was no hassle. All conversations were followed up with an email which helped us keep on top of everything. The surveyor was on time and very informative which put our minds at rest. Our fitters, Austin and Anthony, were exceptional. They worked quickly and carefully and there was practically no mess. Austin went around the property and quality checked all the installations, and talked us through everything which was really reassuring. There were 1 or 2 very minor snags which we have already flagged and are in the process of having repaired through Bluemanor. Cannot fault the service would definitely recommend and use again!

This firm supplied and fitted French windows at our house. We were very impressed with the service from start to finish, from the attention we received after visiting their office to the final clean up by Anthony and Tom. Highly recommended and would certainly use this company again.
