All the staff are polite and helpful, especially when we needed one of the windows fitted early, they arranged it to work for us, which was amazing. I decided to use Blue Manor Windows as I had used them a few years before. They offer an excellent service from start to finish. The work was carried out in a day, and I had three new windows fitted. I received a call to advise what time they would arrive by, the team arrive on time on that day. The work was carried out in one day, the fitter cleaned up and even cleaned the new windows. All old windows were taken away by the fitter.

Was looking for a new front door, had many quotes and home visits, but only one shone out, firstly the ability to show me a picture of my house with a choice of finished products, without this I would of certainly made the wrong choice, second the pleasant nature of the salesperson and all the information given and lastly a wider choice of fittings. Once ordered, the process was informative and quick, and I could not fault the surveyor who also imparted valuable information further informing my decision, and lastly, the professional and efficient fitting of the door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I have been so impressed with Bluemanor Windows. I was recommended them by a friend who had their front door replaced with them. Shannon came round really quickly and spoke me through the process and discussed options. Choosing the windows I wanted and the door was super easy, and I never felt pressured at any point. I was amazed at how quickly the windows and door were installed (6 windows and front door) with it only taking half a day. Jimmy and Marshall were both great in installing them and left no mess! Thank you Blue Manor Windows! Would highly recommend, excellent service and product!

We have just had three replacement windows fitted by Bluemanor Windows. We visited their Braintree showroom where we able to view their products, receiving a detailed explanation of the features and benefits of the windows and finally, were given a competitive quotation. No pressure sales techniques were used! The windows were fitted on time with no problems encountered. They look good and we are glad we decided to use Bluemanor. We are pleased to recommend them.

The Bluemanor windows installation at our house was excellent, and the final appearance is superb. The showroom samples and the computer simulations created by Deo were very good and gave a great view of what the final outcome would look like. The work to fit the new windows and remove the old ones carried out by Anthony and Austin was outstanding, with no damage to exterior rendering or to interior paintwork. They left the house clean and tidy each day and completed the work extremely efficiently, so that no delays occurred at all. We are very happy with the outcome and think that this company is very professional and well organized.

In this day and age it was so good to find a service that was out this world. The installed our new double glazed front windows, with great skill and consideration.The fitters Anthony and Austin took time to explain exactly every step they had to do.After the installation they made sure all was left clean and tidy. They also arrived at the time they said they would, and finished almost to the time they said.And finally I would recommend Blue Manor to anybody.

Excellent visit to showroom, let down by a truly terrible salesperson visit
We visited the showroom in Braintree and had a very welcoming and positive experience. We designed our door on the showroom computer. We also wanted a canopy above the door, so arranged for a sales person to visit our property and were delighted that it could be arranged for a couple of days after visiting the showroom. Regrettably the sales person who visited us has completely let the company down, with no inspiration, running down a check sheet rather than discussing your needs. He also couldn't help at all with the canopy, which was the main reason we wanted someone to come out to our property. We weregild he would be able to show the door on an image of our property, which he didn't do. Also, the design we put on the showroom computer didn't seem possible because the glass insert wasn't available according the the sales person, so why it is on the showroom computer is very confusing. Looking at the reviews, we may have been unlucky by having this individual sales person, but we left completely underwhelmed and not confident about going ahead with company, which is a pity.

We have had 6 new windows and a new solidoor from Bluemanor. From start to finish the service has been brilliant. Shannon was really friendly and helpful with sales, very informative but not pushy at all. We had lots of questions and amended a few things on the order and this was no hassle. All conversations were followed up with an email which helped us keep on top of everything. The surveyor was on time and very informative which put our minds at rest. Our fitters, Austin and Anthony, were exceptional. They worked quickly and carefully and there was practically no mess. Austin went around the property and quality checked all the installations, and talked us through everything which was really reassuring. There were 1 or 2 very minor snags which we have already flagged and are in the process of having repaired through Bluemanor. Cannot fault the service would definitely recommend and use again!

This review is very overdue (Jan 2022 installation) but a well deserved 5 stars from start to finish. Tanya in Sales was so lovely and helpful in the home visits and quoting and talking through the products at their showroom. We replaced all the windows in our bungalow and put in new bifold doors. The fitters were great and got everything done in 3 days. The price overall was very good, none of this ‘starting high’ or pressuring you into putting down a deposit to secure ‘todays’ price. It was just a good fair price straight from the off and much better than Anglian and Everest which were 2-3 times more! The aftercare has also been incredible, we noticed there was a scratch on one of the bifold panes after installation and after sending photos it was replaced very quickly, we also had a window that felt a bit tight closing after a few months and they sent someone round within a few days to take a look. Honestly could not recommend these guys more, when you spend lots of money on a project like this you want to know you have a good product and reliable help afterwards for any snagging. Would give 6 stars if we could!

The finished product is solid and has the wow factor. A few niggles, all resolved quickly and without any argument. Delays on glass installation but down to supplier rather than Blue Manor. Would highly recommend them.

Kevin and Sam have worked incredibly hard all week!! Our new bay window is fantastic! It wasn’t all plain sailing naturally, but the end result is stunning! They worked cleanly and tidily throughout, and always ensured that everything was straight when they finished each day. We had new windowsills fitted too. We were concerned with the surrounding decoration as each old sill was removed, but we needn’t have worried, because they made good any damage that was done, so we won’t need to rush into redecorating. The damage was very minor too. We always knew what each day would involve, because Kevin always kept us informed. We were initially told the work would probably need 3 1/2 days, but it actually took 4 complete days. They worked tirelessly, even when it rained. We originally chose ‘Bluemanor Windows’ as they are a local family firm and our initial contact with Tanya, showed us we had chosen well. The price was very reasonable, compared with a much bigger and more well known company that we asked for a quote from. Any concerns we had were quickly and readily sorted out. We are very pleased to be able to write this review, because we have had a fantastic experience with ‘Bluemanor Windows’, and, personally speaking, we would recommend anybody who is considering replacement windows and doors to check this local company.

If you are looking for a company which puts it customer first and is always so helpful you can’t go wrong with Blue Manor from the sales team to the service team anytime you need help or answers they are available and call you back. Easy installation and great after care. I have to be honest they may not be the cheapest in the area but it shows why as they are completely outstanding in their work. The window and door fitters were professional at all times and cleaned away all their mess, the house was like a new house after. Also, they were so very helpful with any questions and being covid safe. The after service I have to say is the key element to why I decide to write my review as it has been fantastic Ruby is always helpful and I had my back door fix in one day when it dropped and was causing issues closing very professional, friendly and helpful and I’m glad to always recommend this local business to my neighbours. As a new home owner the windows are a big purchase and I’m glad I want head with blue manor.

After visiting BlueManor windows and speaking to Mark in sales who was most helpful in discussing which type of Bi-Fold doors we could have installed,we decided to order the Visofold 6000.The fitters arrived on the 22/8/2019 the work was completed the same day, with any mess cleared from the site. The doors looked great and we were very pleased with the installation. we discovered later there was a small problem with the lock on the traffic door which made it hard to lock. After speaking with Kate in the service dept. who once again was most helpful, and arranged for someone to come and correct the problem which was done within a couple of days. Great all round service.

Any issues raised regarding the quality of our workmanship is treated seriously and with the upmost priority and we endeavour to resolve them promptly. We are extremely fortunate in that our experienced installation teams (whom have been with us for many years) take the upmost pride in the quality and professionalism of their work and ensure any concerns brought to their attention or any making good is done to the highest possible standards. We appreciate that having the incorrect ironmongery / furniture fitted to front doors / windows can be an inconvenience, and although we have stringent checks and policy’s in place to avoid this from happening, unfortunately mistakes can happen. On such occurrence, we will always apologise and ensure the furniture is replaced promptly without question. Please Note: Furniture that is not stocked directly by Bluemanor Windows Ltd is ordered from the applicable manufacturer and therefore these instances can result in minor delays outside of our control. Our largest concern is that within the review it is stated that our doors do not comply with DDA regulations (Part M Compliance). We would like to confirm that when Disability Thresholds are specified during the quotation or on survey, our doors are fully compliant. Unless a Part M Threshold already exists, or a disability is mentioned or apparent during our visits (by both the sales team and surveyor); the inclusion of a Part M Disability Threshold will only be specified if requested by the customer. We also have all thresholds displayed in our showroom for reference for when customers visit. Should a door be manufactured and installed without a Part M Threshold and one be requested at a later date as a result of it not being originally specified; the only solution (excluding third-parts ramps) is to replace the entire door which will always be offered at a reduced cost

They arrived on time, dust sheets everywhere. Two teams of two took out and refitted 9 windows some of which were quite large(2100 x 1700mm). Anthony and his team work ‘smartly’. No wasted energy or wasted time. End result is very good and impressive. Mitchel did an excellent job of making sure all the materials were to hand, everything was kept tidy and clean. Job handed over and checked and paid all within 5 hours start to finish. All that was left to do was to rehang the curtains and put the furniture back. Yes I thoroughly recommend Bluemanor Windows. From the original quote to job done has been very professional. The quote was keen and realistic. No ‘special discounts’ or ‘order today for an exclusive price’. Just a simple straightforward quote stating what has been priced and any optional extras if required. My wife and I visited their showroom. A very good experience. Technical details discussed truthfully. No pressure at all.
