we own a holiday property on Cromer Country Club but have to rely on local tradespeople for any jobs needed as most of it will be by ‘remote control’ because we live a 5 hour round trip away. Nick is a very friendly and capable person and, having read reviews we can 100% agree. During a visit in December (2024) were able to speak face-face with him, as we had (for us) an awkward fix to our shower unit but we knew he was fully booked until after we left. We returned in March (2025) to find this job had been carried out with no fuss or calls through to us with any problem he might have faced. Everything was done to his usual high standards. Thank you, Nick!

We have used Bluewater Plumbing 3 times now. Nick has replaced a radiator valve, serviced our Megaflo system and replaced a pump for our underfloor heating system. He is punctual, tidy and certainly knows what he’s doing. Most recently he went above and beyond to squeeze us in when our heating failed at New Year. Our plumber fully removed the old bathroom and shower room units and tiles and then installed and tiled the new bathroom and shower room. He worked constantly and with such concentration day after day. He worked on his own, with such care, attention and precision. Nothing was too much for him and always considered the wishes of his client! A most pleasant professional who I would fully recommend.
