Damian gave us very clear advice on how to upgrade our heating system and make it more efficient. We ended up with having several radiators uprated to more modern units and some extra rads fitted in our kitchen/diner. The work was all completed in a day to a high standard. He was very concerned about a small amount of damage to one of the radiators and got the supplier to drive out immediately with a new one. Would definitely recommend his services and use again. The quote for quality job was fine.

We needed advice about whether our year old thermal panel was working properly and having received little help from the installers we found Damian on the Trusted Traders site and contacted him. He didn't visit but asked for photos and then we had quite a long call in which he was able to reassure us that our panel seemed to be working as it should. He refused any payment for his time. Throughout he was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. and we would certainly ask him to do any further work that we might require.

Damian has done a few jobs for us, particularly concerning problems with underfloor heating system. He has fixed problems quickly and efficiently, and taken the time to explain what we should look for and do ourselves should the problems recur. Whilst working on our underfloor heating, he noticed and flagged up to us that our boiler was making a noise that showed there was a problem! We would not have known this ourselves without him pointing it out. This wasn’t a job he would have had himself, so he suggested we get the company out to fix it. Subsequently we used this info, got the boiler fixed purely as he was so diligent. The fact that he highlighted this potentially saved us money and hassle. Thoroughly trustworthy and considerate! He always comes as soon as he can when a problem, works cleanly and efficiently. He has very current knowledge about new aspects of heating and boilers too! Thoroughly recommend him.

Damian, has been my plumber for a number of years now. I have a couple of rental properties and he is always able to attend to any problems and fit in with the tenants' timetable and availability. He is always on-time, very knowledgeable, competent and efficient. He has many qualifications across a wise range of plumbing, heating and fitting areas of expertise. He always clears up well when the job is finished and is reasonable priced.

Damian very quickly found out which controller controlled which heaters. Our system is all electric. Damian programmed all five controllers and was very efficient. He was charming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

The most recent visit was the most recent of several visits over the last 5 years of knowing Boiler Buddies. Initially it was our under floor heating that we needed help with, and it was such a joy to find such a knowledgeable person as Damian who understood the system completely and could therefore go straight to the most likely solution after explaining things thoroughly. We have since used Boiler buddies for annual servicing of our boiler and megaflow systems as well as any other routine maintenance requirements for our heating/plumbing systems. He is always speedy and responsive in making contact to discuss the issue and likely next steps and efficient in obtaining and installing any necessary parts. All we need are some Boiler Buddies clones in other areas of home maintenance/repair and life would be much simpler and a lot more pleasant!

Just had new boiler fitted and very pleased. Damian arrived on time and worked to get the job completed all day with his colleague. Very easy transaction from quote through to completion of works. Even sorted out the guarantee paperwork for us. Damian is very approachable and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and will happily advise you but is never pushy. Damian was able to fit us in for a boiler service within a couple of days of our call. He was prompt, did a thorough job and was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

He responded promptly to our call and made a temporary adjustment which solved the problem before returning by appointment to do a full power flush of our old and complicated system.
