We are a Hinckley based company that specialize in central heating system design, installation and maintenance, with a team of qualified engineers.

We are Worcester Bosch Accredited installers, and can offer guarantees of up to 10 years on boiler installations. Our installations can range from single dwelling to multiple dwelling apartment buildings, with a full design and installation package.

We service and repair most makes of gas appliances and offer a service contract scheme to help keep your appliances in safe working order.

Our showrooms are open 6 days a week, with many appliances on display, from gas fires, to the latest Worcester Bosch heating products.

Work quoted, but aggressive engineer
They came into my house to repair my boiler, which had been quoted for. He seemed in a bad mood when he arrived. He proceeded to remove the doors to the boiler cupboard, we had already removed the covering at the top as agreed. My husband was in the lounge recovering from a heart attack. I asked how long he would be as I had to take him to the doctor for 3.30pm, it was about 1pm. He stated he didn't know, and then got angry he'd have to be finished. He then wanted to remove the built-in wine rack, which we had said when the quote was done couldn't be removed. He then got more angry, saying it had to and in fact, the whole cupboard needed to be removed. I said it couldn't as it would destroy it. He then said the light fitting was in the way, I said, was I supposed to get an electrician?" He then said he'd have to turn the heating off to repair it, to which I said I was aware of that. He then said I have to turn it off and I don't want you moaning that I have turned it off. I thought that was strange. He carried on banging about. I was getting anxious. I decided to go into the lounge to my husband, So I moved a chair which was blocking the door, wheeled my wheelchair into the lounge and pushed door behind me. I then told my husband, once this was repaired I didn't want Boilercare again, I had never been spoken to like that before and I was upset. I was then shocked that the engineer stormed into my lounge which made me scared I shouted at him to get out of my house.

Thank you for your comments, on the very very rare occasion that any of our staff either in the office or our engineers out working are placed in a situation where abusive language is used towards them then we will make the decision to decline to continue working in that environment.

Required a new boiler ,started process and following quotes selected Boiler Care of Hinckley. Polite well informed advice with constructive suggestions to upgrade the existing system. All works carried out in a timely manner with minimal mess and disturbance which resulted in a first class job. Having used Boiler Care for service over many years there comes a time when a 20 year old gas boiler needed replacing with a more efficient type. Next was a replacement for a space heater & this week a new ball valve was installed to a CH header tank. Apart from their transparency what also impressed me was they kept to their quotations despite a few obstacles they encountered working on a very old property. In conclusion it has been a pleasure to deal with Boiler Care

Great service from Tony, Dean, Jack and Luke. Work was carried out over three days to replace boiler. Really pleased with the work and the team were very friendly with everything always being left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Thank you to Rachael too who kept us fully updated and informed in relation to our booking and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Turned up on time, clean and tidy van. Smart appearance of the two workers, gives you a Idea what to expect from their work, wasn't let down. Very polite workers, came in covered carpets and got on with their job. Very happy with the product they fitted and how well they carried out their work,and cleaned up afterwards.

Great job removing our old back boiler and installing a new gas boiler. Dean and Jack were really helpful and did such a good, clean and tidy job, even bought their own coffee! Excellent service, would highly recommend.
