Great company to deal with . Jack and Luke turned up right on time 2 very pleasant young men . Nothing was too much trouble and they did an amazing job, completed in a day and done a great job of cleaning up after themselves!

After a year of problems with our old boiler and BoilerCare spending considerable time to keep our boiler up and running we decided to get a new boiler yes through BoilerCare as they had been so helpful throughout our problems. This morning 08.15 Jack arrived followed shortly by Luke. They were polite, efficient and very clean leaving no mess at all. They worked really hard all day and by 4.00pm we had a fully functional Baxi Boiler. I was talked through the settings and how to use the Hive. I highly recommend Boiler Care they are very professional and considerate of the customers needs.

Boiler care Hinckley supplied and fitted a new boiler and new Hive Thermostat for us . They were excellent from start to finish. A good price which they stuck to and all work was carried out quickly, professionally and cleanly. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Boiler Care for various works for about 10 years now and can not recommend them enough. Every time I have booked work it has been to an excellent standard, all engineer's are highly professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Boiler Care for any works. They have moved radiators, fixed my boiler, fitted a new stop cock, repaired leaking pipes, fitted a new fire, and service my appliances annually. Every job I would say was good value and done excellently.

New boiler was fitted by Jack and Luke in a day. No mess and delighted with the respect shown to me and my home. They are a credit to Boilercare.

They came into my house to repair my boiler, which had been quoted for. He seemed in a bad mood when he arrived. He proceeded to remove the doors to the boiler cupboard, we had already removed the covering at the top as agreed. My husband was in the lounge recovering from a heart attack. I asked how long he would be as I had to take him to the doctor for 3.30pm, it was about 1pm. He stated he didn't know, and then got angry he'd have to be finished. He then wanted to remove the built-in wine rack, which we had said when the quote was done couldn't be removed. He then got more angry, saying it had to and in fact, the whole cupboard needed to be removed. I said it couldn't as it would destroy it. He then said the light fitting was in the way, I said, was I supposed to get an electrician?" He then said he'd have to turn the heating off to repair it, to which I said I was aware of that. He then said I have to turn it off and I don't want you moaning that I have turned it off. I thought that was strange. He carried on banging about. I was getting anxious. I decided to go into the lounge to my husband, So I moved a chair which was blocking the door, wheeled my wheelchair into the lounge and pushed door behind me. I then told my husband, once this was repaired I didn't want Boilercare again, I had never been spoken to like that before and I was upset. I was then shocked that the engineer stormed into my lounge which made me scared I shouted at him to get out of my house.

Required a new boiler ,started process and following quotes selected Boiler Care of Hinckley. Polite well informed advice with constructive suggestions to upgrade the existing system. All works carried out in a timely manner with minimal mess and disturbance which resulted in a first class job. Having used Boiler Care for service over many years there comes a time when a 20 year old gas boiler needed replacing with a more efficient type. Next was a replacement for a space heater & this week a new ball valve was installed to a CH header tank. Apart from their transparency what also impressed me was they kept to their quotations despite a few obstacles they encountered working on a very old property. Great service from Tony, Dean, Jack and Luke. Work was carried out over three days to replace boiler. Really pleased with the work and the team were very friendly with everything always being left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Thank you to Rachael too who kept us fully updated and informed in relation to our booking and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Turned up on time, clean and tidy van. Smart appearance of the two workers, gives you a Idea what to expect from their work, wasn't let down. Very polite workers, came in covered carpets and got on with their job. Very happy with the product they fitted and how well they carried out their work,and cleaned up afterwards.

As the title describes, arrived on time with delivery of (New) boiler from supplier arriving at the same time for early start. Fitter and "Mate" were courteous and professional. Further assistance was forthcoming from other colleagues ensuring completion within the day.

The boiler on which I depend for heating and hot water was showing signs of failure so I telephoned Boiler Care who had installed it 19 years before. They called immediately and quoted by e-mail same day having established the need for a new boiler. I telephoned next day to accept and was promised installation within a week. Installation took place as promised and at the agreed price. Dust sheets were laid and everything was left dirt and dust free. The operation of the new machine was explained and owners brochure left. The Boiler manufacturer was contacted by Boiler Care to arrange the guarantee which has now been received by me. I have nothing adverse to report and all contacts were pleasingly handled.

After a number of quotes and checking reviews. I decided to use boiler care to fit new boiler, replace flue pipe, as old one appeared to have insufficient clearance from roof. I am so glad I did use boiler care from quote to fitting new boiler, new pipe work, to explaining the wife thermostat they were excellent. There was no mess after they left. No question was left unanswered and no question was silly. Will definitely use again.

We have been using Boilercare for over three years now. They never fail - always giving a first-class service with minimum fuss. Boilercare arrived, as arranged, first thing Monday to remove toilet, hand basin and radiator. This was completed with all the rubbish removed and the room left clean for our tiler. Boilercare returned, as arranged, first thing Friday, having collected replacement fittings. Some fittings I had selected were not appropriate but the fitter contacted the supplier and these were replaced and fitted to our satisfaction. This service was very important to us as access to the downstairs facilities was essential due to mobility problems. We found the personal to be professional, reliable and trustworthy. If there were any issues, following discussion, they had them sorted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boilercare for any plumbing work, they are excellent.

Boiler Care most recently carried out a power flush of our heating system having installed and serviced our boiler. We have been using this family owned business over many years and on this occasion the work was carried out by the third generation to visit us. Always been more than satisfied with their work.

Boilercare fitted a new conventional boiler, programmer and thermostat in 2 days. They arrived on time each day, kept me informed of the work and explained how everything worked.
