I had previously had regular boiler servicing carried out by a national energy company but had become dissatisfied by the cost and quality of the work carried out. Also, 2 years ago I had some air conditioning units fitted independently which the company would not service. Happily I came across Boilers2Ac and asked for a quote for the combined job; I was pleasantly surprised and hoped the job would go well. I had no need to worry and was most impressed by the professionalism of Claire and Darren. They kept me informed, arrived on time and completed the job without fuss. Darren happily chatted away about what he was doing and gave me complete confidence in the work. I have asked for Claire to set up an annual contract as I am more than happy with the servicing.

Darren arrived when we wanted and completed a very professional annual heat pump service on our 15-year-old heat pump. I would highly recommend Boilers2AC. They removed an old boiler and replaced it with a new one in a different location and replaced cold water tank in loft. They also power-flushed radiators and installed thermostats on them. In some rooms that involved removing the radiator, flushing manually and then replacing. The job took 4 days and they kept me informed on progress. They were very tidy workers and took great care to minimise disruption. The price was competitive and the service exemplary. All in all Darren and Neil went above and beyond. I also like that they are a local company and they will carry out all future servicing.

Boilers 2AC installed 1 air-conditioning unit in our home back in the 2024, the unit recommended is small but powerful and perfect for our needs, service from start to finish was polite and extremely professional. It is apparent that there is pride in the workmanship, the works were carried out on time, Darren and his electrician were careful and cleaned up any mess made, not only that but any questions I had were answered, Darren knows his stuff and is very informative. 1st Service carried out April 2025, no issues, and we were surprised to see the unit looking so clean, Darren did a great job. From discovering water where it shouldn't be we checked out local plumbers from Which Trusted Traders and had a call back from Claire who booked Darren to come round to inspect our problem. The hot tank leak was located and the decision made to replace tank. Water level was reduced so leak did not soak the ceiling below. We were given a price for the replacement of the tank and there followed a genuine discussion of when the job could be done. We had some issues regarding hospital visits but an ideal day was sooner than later and brilliant Darren rearranged his diary to fit us in on our preferred day assuming he could get the replacement tank in time - which he did! Throughout the replacement day Darren worked with assistant Jason in a thorough and friendly way keeping me informed as to how the job was proceeding until completed. Some extra insulation was fitted too and labelling of pipes , which I had asked for. From the start to finish, we got what we wanted/needed, in the time we agreed, at the price quoted. Our heating stopped working and with no idea what was wrong I contacted Boilers2Ac. They came round that very day and immediately identified the issue (a broken pump) and had fitted a new one and fixed an existing issue within less than 2 hours. Darren was amazingly calm and considerate, so tidy and professional. I appreciate their transparent pricing and was surprised how reasonable they were considering the level of professionalism and knowledge. They really did take all the worry and stress out of not having heating in January!

Darren came round initially to quote to seal our heating system. He carried a very thorough inspection of our system, explained what was needed and was open to rejigging the layout of the cupboard to maximise storage space. The quote sent through was very detailed itemising all components that were going to be used. On the day Darren was very professional, courteous and tidy. The work seems to be done to a good standard. Anything unexpected that needed doing beyond the original quote was discussed ahead of it being completed. Throughout the whole process, communication with Claire has been great. Overall, I’ve been very impressed and will certainly be asking them to come back for any future work.

Darren and his team were great, fully understood our objectives, attention to detail was extremely good, worked well during the install, very clean and tidy, varied the job as my demands changed, all prices were agreed before any work or changes started. I wanted to replace our existing immersion cylinder with a modern and energy efficient cylinder. After some research online I made the decision to install a Mixergy electric immersion cylinder. The next major was to find a professional, high quality and reliable Mixergy installer. After contacting several Mixergy approved installers, I chose Boilers2AC on the following basis: 1) Darren on his visit to discuss and provide a quote for the work was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough with what it takes to install the Mixergy system. 2) The quotation was cost competitive. The actual work took 3 days as per planned by Darren in his quotation. Here are the results of the installation work: 1) The installation was completed on schedule and to budget. 2) The work was done professionally and Darren took time to explain the work done and on its progress. 3) The work was performed tidily and any mess was cleared at the end of each day. 4) The new system went live on the third day as scheduled and all was working smoothly. From the first contact with Boilers2Ac right to the end of the installation, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Darren installed the latest MiXergy iHP X heat pump cylinder in my home and did an extremely neat job. All rubbish was cleared away and the utility room was left in a very tidy state. All hot water pipes were lagged and cables tidied away with cable ties. Claire at the backend helped with all my various enquiries and the whole job was painless and quick. I will certainly use them for the annual boiler maintenance and any other jobs that might need doing. Highly recommended!

Boilers2Ac carried out quite a bit of work at my and my daughter's house, including servicing two boilers and a open gas fire, replacing a control valve for the central heating and fitting a pump system to improve water pressure. Darren carried out all the work diligently and explained clearly what was going on (especially when we hit a problem with the fan on my daughter's Worcester boiler). He was very pleasant and helpful and obviously very concerned that we had good outcome. I was also impressed how he kept everything clean and tidy and made sure the job was completly finished at the end. He considered three options for the water pump and gave us very clear quotes for each option, which was very useful. Installation of this proved a little tricky but Darren carried on until early evening with no complaints and got the job done. All the invoices matched the quotes, so there no cost overruns and it was a pleasure dealing with Claire on the admin side. I will happily use Boilers 2Ac in the future.

Darren helped with a F65 fault on the boiler and serviced it properly. He explained all the parts and how the boiler functions which I found very interesting. My first experience with Darren was when he installed a combination boiler (BAXI) at another home and was very impressed with the work carried out at that time. Darren has done several jobs for us over the last six months, mostly repairing aspects of our central heating. When he was fitting a new valve in our attic, he noticed that the shower processor was leaking. We probably would not have noticed this until the leak came through the ceiling. Darren has now replaced the shower processor with a new one. We have been delighted with all the work and he is a pleasure to have in our home.

Darren came, and did an estimate within 24 hours of me contacting the firm He provided a quote the same day and ordered the parts and returned promptly to finish the job. He was very friendly neat and tidy and I am happy to recommend him

I am very impressed with Darren and will definitely be using his services again. We called him out to service the boiler, repair a radiator which wasn't working and install a new thermostat. Darren sorted everything out and was very thorough and professional.

I have had Boilers2AC ltd here twice recently. The first job was to identify and rectify a fault in the underfloor (wet) central heating and the second job was to repair and overhaul the solar thermal heating system. Both jobs were completed efficiently and with minimal disturbance and the area left clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed that they took the time to ensure that all joints were leak free and the system working correctly before they left even though that required them to work late into the evening. I have had difficulty in the past even getting a plumber to come out to look at the solar thermal system as they were either too busy or it was beyond their competence (or both). I am pleased to have finally found a company that I can recommend and will maintain this system in future.

We needed a high quality air con solution for our living room which is large, south facing and has a full wall of windows so temperatures reached 36C during the hot summer months. Darren from Boilers2AC was fantastic. He sized the ac units accurately and the room was pretty cool throughout the hot summer months. Darren did the installation himself, working long hours into the evening so as to finish as quickly as possible. He was very tidy and careful with our belongings, and cleaned everything up really well when he left. We would definitely recommend Boilers2ac for any air conditioning work.

Darren serviced my old boiler by taking it apart, cleaning it all and putting back together. He checked for CO leaks and kindly wall-mounted my CO meter. He also checked for adequate ventilation and that the flue was clear. A really thorough and professional job at a brilliantly reasonable price,

I have never employed such a professional and diligent trades engineer. The problem was to replace, update and modify a twenty year old boiler plus associated pipework, and correct a badly installed underfloor heating system. Darren came to site, surveyed the systems and provided various alternatives and suppliers. Having chosen the system after informed discussion we decided on a start date and proceeded accordingly. During installation, various structural problems were encountered but Darren overcame them in a professional and diligent manner. The installation was completed on time to an extremely high standard, tested and documented. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Darren Marsh of "BOILERS2AC" for any relevant future projects as he has demonstrated both professionalism, diligence and honesty.

Darren replaced our Fischer electric boiler with a storage combi gas boiler plus an accumulator storage tank (due to our area having low water pressure and hard water). His initial comprehensive survey and conversation enabled him to present three options. His final recommendation was for the middle value option. Darren accommodated us for the start date coinciding with Fischer uninstalling their boiler (which we had rejected). He is very likeable to have working around the house and always smiling and willing to accommodate, with suggestions, for any changes we request. His office manager (and wife) Claire is always friendly, pleasant and helpful. Darren carried out additional work where requested, with helpful suggestions. For example, he installed two new radiators and replaced the mains stop tap plus with a remote on/off switch in a more convenient location. He always came up with helpful alternatives if we had any concerns during installation. Darren is a very hard and conscientious worker and often continues into the evening to finish a phase of the job (a true stalwart). He has a great deal of pride in his work as evidenced by the neatness of his finished job. He values his reputation. Every evening, Darren hoover's and cleans leaving everything tidy and safe. I believe he provides good value for money and have no hesitation in highly recommending Boilers2Ac.

Darren did a great job rebuilding the flue supports, reconnecting a cut gas pipe and a service on a boiler. He work for eight hours on a Saturday afternoon to finish the job at a third of what I was originally quote. Highly recommend.

I had 2 domestic air conditioning units fitted plus outside unit. Very high standard of work by Darren of Boilers2ac. Darren worked very long hours to an excellent standard and to the price estimate. Very tidy aswell.
