We are a local business operating in Farnham, Surrey with a core objective of offering a friendly, professional and outstanding level of service. Taking care of our customers is the top priority. Darren came round initially to quote to seal our heating system. He carried a very thorough inspection of our system, explained what was needed and was open to rejigging the layout of the cupboard to maximise storage space. The quote sent through was very detailed itemising all components that were going to be used. On the day Darren was very professional, courteous and tidy. The work seems to be done to a good standard. Anything unexpected that needed doing beyond the original quote was discussed ahead of it being completed. Throughout the whole process, communication with Claire has been great. Overall, I’ve been very impressed and will certainly be asking them to come back for any future work.

I wanted to replace our existing immersion cylinder with a modern and energy efficient cylinder. After some research online I made the decision to install a Mixergy electric immersion cylinder. The next major was to find a professional, high quality and reliable Mixergy installer. After contacting several Mixergy approved installers, I chose Boilers2AC on the following basis: 1) Darren on his visit to discuss and provide a quote for the work was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough with what it takes to install the Mixergy system. 2) The quotation was cost competitive. The actual work took 3 days as per planned by Darren in his quotation. Here are the results of the installation work: 1) The installation was completed on schedule and to budget. 2) The work was done professionally and Darren took time to explain the work done and on its progress. 3) The work was performed tidily and any mess was cleared at the end of each day. 4) The new system went live on the third day as scheduled and all was working smoothly. I have no hesitation to recommend Boilers2AC and Darren Marsh to anyone interested in installing a new immersion heater system or work associated with central heating system. I would rate the work provide with 5 stars *****. Great job!!👏

From the first contact with Boilers2Ac right to the end of the installation, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Darren installed the latest MiXergy iHP X heat pump cylinder in my home and did an extremely neat job. All rubbish was cleared away and the utility room was left in a very tidy state. All hot water pipes were lagged and cables tidied away with cable ties. Claire at the backend helped with all my various enquiries and the whole job was painless and quick. I will certainly use them for the annual boiler maintenance and any other jobs that might need doing. Highly recommended!

Boilers2Ac carried out quite a bit of work at my and my daughter's house, including servicing two boilers and a open gas fire, replacing a control valve for the central heating and fitting a pump system to improve water pressure. Darren carried out all the work diligently and explained clearly what was going on (especially when we hit a problem with the fan on my daughter's Worcester boiler). He was very pleasant and helpful and obviously very concerned that we had good outcome. I was also impressed how he kept everything clean and tidy and made sure the job was completly finished at the end. He considered three options for the water pump and gave us very clear quotes for each option, which was very useful. Installation of this proved a little tricky but Darren carried on until early evening with no complaints and got the job done. All the invoices matched the quotes, so there no cost overruns and it was a pleasure dealing with Claire on the admin side. I will happily use Boilers 2Ac in the future.

Boiler Service
Darren helped with a F65 fault on the boiler and serviced it properly. He explained all the parts and how the boiler functions which I found very interesting. My first experience with Darren was when he installed a combination boiler (BAXI) at another home and was very impressed with the work carried out at that time. He is honest, trustworthy and a nice guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Claire. Thank you

Darren has done several jobs for us over the last six months, mostly repairing aspects of our central heating. When he was fitting a new valve in our attic, he noticed that the shower processor was leaking. We probably would not have noticed this until the leak came through the ceiling. Darren has now replaced the shower processor with a new one. We have been delighted with all the work and he is a pleasure to have in our home.
