We used Bourne Plumbing just before Christmas to install some new radiators and sort out our heating system/boiler. We have had problems with it for a long time and had used Pimlico, but in my opinion the latter have only made piecemeal repairs yet charged us what I feel is a fortune. So we took a chance on Bourne Plumbing, and we're so glad we did. Anthony sorted out the system at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. He gave us sound advice and was very professional throughout, and our heating system now works much more efficiently. He just really knows his stuff and we would definitely call him again.

I used Bourne Plumbing earlier this year - excellent fast response and very polite and helpful. However before any big job, I would check in advance what he charges - especially for spare parts. I was shocked when the invoice came and double checked with a local plumbers' merchants - there had a been a 250% mark up. This was especially galling as one of the jobs had been incorrectly diagnosed and both the labour and expensive spare part did not fix the problem.

Tony literally rescued my kitchen from a clogged pipe and poorly running drain affecting the sink, waste disposal and dishwasher. Fantastic, reliable service just when I needed it. Tony really cares about the job at hand and went the extra mile to make sure the supporting pipework was also fit for purpose. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bourne Plumbing to others - superb quality of workmanship and really friendly service in one.
