The work was carried out to schedule over two separate weeks while we were away. On both occasions when returning from holiday the areas where work was carried out were immaculate. When unanticipated scaffolding was required, we were contacted and of course, agreed the additional cost. An extensive clearly explained estimate was given at the beginning and the work was carried out to the highest standards. In follow-up, care was taken to ensure that the operation of the new Viessman system was fully understood. Aftercare was discussed and agreed. We were very pleased with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Bourne - in fact, have already passed on details to friends.

My third time using Bourne Plumbing and once again the job was completed to the highest standard. The job was to fit a heavy column radiator requiring two people. Anthony and Colin were true professionals and all round great guys. I wasn't initially able to get Bourne Plumbing in soon enough, so I had used another Which? trusted trader. What a mistake. The other company made three hashed attempts at fitting the radiator, giving up in the end but not before leaving me with crooked pipework, a damaged wall, and a corroded pipe join left behind beneath the floorboards. I then got Anthony and Colin in to do the job properly, and of course it was done in straight forward fashion, right first time. These guys are very experienced and professional. All I can say is look at the number of reviews that make up Bourne Plumbing's star rating, and compare it to the number of reviews other traders have. Go for Bourne, and wait for availability if you have to - worth it in the long run.

Anthony came within an hour and sorted out our emergency so we could have running water again. Fantastic service from a very nice plumber.

Bourne Plumbing came and repaired our toilet. Completed quickly and efficiently. Came quickly to repair. Trader was extremely helpful and very friendly.

I have used Tony on many occasions and have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. I contacted him as there was a hissing sound coming from the shower. This turned out as expected to be a leak in a concealed pipe which had been occurring for several months and this explained why there was never any hot water in the system! Tony located the problem but this meant taking up the shower, pipework and tiling as the walls and foundation were soaked through. The whole shower suite and all the tiling had to be replaced but this was a blessing in disguise as he also found other pipework that needed replacement which would have certainly caused problems in the near future. Tony was very innovative in redirecting the pipework instead of digging up the concrete floor which could have added thousands extra to the cost. He also put in access panels in case there were any problems in the future. I cannot fault him for his expertise and work ethos and he is a lovely guy even though he supports West Ham. He is an outstanding plumber and engineer and I personally consider him to be one of the best if not the best tradesman in the business.

Such a brilliant service - the problem was resolved within 30 minutes and the charge was incredibly reasonable. Polite, efficient and will 100% be using again.

We experineced a blocked kitchen drain and problems with the pvc pipework around the sink. I was recommended Anthony (Bourne Plumbing) by my next door neighbour. He was responsive to our phone call, asked me all the right questions and got me to send him photos of the problem so he could get the parts. He turned up on time with all the right parts and equipment and did the job with minimal fuss - and no mess. Spotless. And reasonable with pricing. He is our plumber for the future!!

Anthony and his team did a complete refurbishment of my bathroom, removing bath, toilet and basin+pedestal and old tiles and replacing with shower cubicle, toilet and basin+pedestal and re-tiling. Anthony gave useful advice about sourcing good quality materials. The work was completed on time and in accordance with the quotation, and I was kept informed at all stages. Additional work required was explained fully to me and extra costings agreed. The team were polite, friendly and kept disruption to a minimum. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

I called Anthony re a small job which was required with little urgency. I was pleased that he could fit the job into his schedule the next day. Anthony supplied and fitted a new inlet valve to toilet cistern - which was overflowing/dripping into the overflow. We called on his mobile, described the problem, arranged a timeslot. Anthony arrived within timeslot, good communication on arrival - friendly and direct, covered shoes to avoid bringing in mud/marking flooring with his shoes, checked the problem, fixed the problem - did not make a mess /cleared up, checked the fix and answered questions. Overall just what you need when you have a problem - someone to turn up - on time - check fault, fix it, check the fix, clear up after themselves, good comms and bill sensibly for the work.

Anthony Bourne carried out a very difficult piece of work in an awkward space in a loft, fitting a pump to an old system. He was very clear in how he did it, as it needed quite a lot of enterprise to succeed in achieving the result.

Earlier this year, Anthony Sawczuk installed a new boiler and upgraded an ageing heating system. Throughout the process his communications, punctuality, tidiness, and flexibility were excellent. Estimates of costs were clear and detailed. His extensive knowledge, experience and advice were invaluable and his workmanship was meticulous. It is testimony to the quality of his work that the installed Viessmann boiler, with a 5 year warranty, was extended (gratis) to 12 years.

How many times have you moaned about finding a tradesperson you can rely on? A neighbour strongly recommended Anthony Bourne having used him a number of times. I have used him twice now The first time was to fix a tap (someone else failed badly) and this time to replace a boiler. The boiler installed is a Viessmann with a twelve year guarantee. Extra work was needed given a leaking immersion heater, so the initial quote became irrelevant. The work is thorough, the sense of responsibility high, he turns up when he says he will, everything is completed and tidied up very neatly. All I could want: job defined, work done properly and no problems.

Our boiler needed replacement and Tony recommended a Viessmann boiler which was installed with system protection and a power flush. A 12 year warranty has been placed on the boiler. Through out Tony has been helpful and considerate. The work was completed on time and within budget and all waste removed. Would employ them again.

Tony arrived on time to service our viessmann boiler. he did very good job.I would defiantly recommend him. He is now my go to plumber.

I have been using Tony for several decades to do plumbing work in my own home, a rented property, and my father's house, all in the Ealing area. He has always been 100% reliable, performing high quality work for a reasonable price and giving good advice about what needed to be done. I wish all traders were so reliable and trustworthy! It is always a relief to be able to call him out and know that the job will be done quickly and well. He is reassuring and helpful with my tenants also. He reminds me when my annual boiler checks are due, which are a regulatory requirement. He recently fitted a new boiler in my father's house, and all the pipework was beautifully done. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber or a heating engineer. As a landlord I have employed a lot of workmen to do various things and I can honestly say that he has always been the most reliable. I never have to worry about whether the work has been done properly.
