Anthony provided an annual service for the Viesseman boiler he installed last year. As always he was very efficient, punctual, clean and tidy and charged the agreed price. We always use Bourne Plumbing & Heating for all our plumbing needs and can thoroughly recommend them.

I needed removal of totally coroded waste disposal which stopped working, not replacing it, and turning the sink into functional sink. Anthony Sawczuk performed the job efficiently, quickly and very well. The kitchen remained clean, there was no water anywhere and the sink functions well with a new plug which was provided by him. He worked for about an hour and a half - seemed to me very efficient. The cost was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend him.

Mr Bourne was responsive, friendly and came quickly to fix my kitchen tap without mess or fuss. I will definitely use him again and recommend his services to others. His price was also good.

Anthony has been very helpful repositioning our boiler that was badly installed by another company. He is always very prompt, professional and does an excellent job.

Anthony was able to start very quickly to deal with our 20 year old failing boiler. He was very considerate of our need to restore our heating system quickly and worked very hard to clear blocked pipes and restore function to radiators that had not worked properly for some time. This required a number of replacement parts and considerable unforeseeable extra work. I was kept advised of all the additional work required and approved all extra items when it was clear that they were needed. Although additional cost was incurred I believe that I received very good value for my money. I am now enjoying a warm house from a far more sophisticated system which will be self cleaning and regulating - very welcome with colder weather on the way. I have asked Anthony to provide the annual service of the Viessmann Boiler.

We had a leak in our bathroom. We contacted Anthony having got his name from Trusted Traders. He responded very quickly and sorted out the problem in a speedy and efficient manner. Would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

We have used Anthony a few years ago for a modest plumbing emergency and called him this time to ask if he could resolve a juddering tap feed and also change radiator thermostatic valves. He called in later that same day to review the scope /time etc and sent us a costed estimate the following day. He was able to fit us in a couple of days later and did just what was required within the estimated 4 hours. Highly satisfied. We shall probably switch to him for annual boiler/central heating servicing in autumn.

I found Anthony through the reviews on Which. I was having problems with my existing boiler which had been fitted some 14 years ago. He responded promptly to my request for a visit, after inspection it was clear the boiler needed to be replaced and suggested a Viessmann boiler. The replacement process went smoothly; the work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner. Very pleased with the outcome the boiler seems very efficient a great job. I have used Anthony before and he has always done excellent work and been helpful and prompt in his response. On Sunday I found that my boiler was leaking and so I called Anthony and he came promptly the next morning. He identified the problem which was a leak in the plastic diverter valve, ordered the replacement part and then fitted it the next morning. He also provided good advice on using the boiler in the short interim between his ordering the valve and fitting it and on ensuring that the water pressure level was not too high. He is always helpful and polite and takes pride in his work. I always feel confident that he will provide me with a highly professional service and he also responds quickly to calls and understands the importance of clear and regular communication.

Showed up exactly when he said he would to fix an on-going problem with plumbing in the kitchen. Diagnosed the problem immediately (the original plumbing was a mess of pipes going in all directions), had the spares in his van, and sorted it out to an excellent standard for a reasonable price. There have been no problems since and I am very satisfied. Furthermore, how nice to have a polite and courteous tradesman...

I enlisted the help of Tony Bourne to deal with a leaking pipe in my bathroom. Despite huge demand on his time from other assignments, Tony came within an hour to deal with the problem. As usual, he carried out the work to my complete satisfaction. Mercifully, I have not had to call upon his services frequently but he has always responded quickly and effectively. His excellent reputation goes before him and I have nothing but praise for his professionalism.

Fixed faulty lavatory cistern cleanly, efficiently and quickly in spite of being supplied with a faulty replacement unit. Very fair price.

Bourne Plumbing was recommended by a friend as my own plumber was not working due to Covid. Anthony Sawczuk visited twice. Initially managed to get boiler functioning but it failed the next morning. When contacted, he ordered the correct part and visited the following day and fitted. The boiler has worked ever since. The work was carried out to a professional standard. We were kept informed and were relieved Anthony maintained social distance, wore a mask and gloves and carried out the work efficiently with a high degree of cleanliness.

We planned to travel to Ealing to prepare for a new tenant and needed a known problem to be resolved during our 4 day visit. Our previous plumber suddenly declared himself unavailable so we had to find a replacement urgently. We found Anthony of Bourne Plumbing via Which. He turned up as agreed, (an hour after we arrived from Wales) and changed the valve and sorted another issue at the boiler water supply. His work was very professional taking every precaution to avoid any water reaching the carpet etc. After he left, we found another problem in the bathroom so he came back the next morning, had to get a part and fixed that problem too. We were so relieved to have found someone this good so quickly and as we live 160 miles away we will have no hesitation in using his services even without being there to supervise. Anthony is a very personable chap, easy to get on with and we will also recommend him to our previous neighbours in Ealing who also used our previous plumber.

I've used Bourne Plumbing and Heating twice now. The first time was to install new radiators in my house and service my old boiler, and the second time to replace a faulty valve in the heating system. Anthony was clear when he came over to quote, explaining what was needed and why, and being understanding of our future plans for our home and what work we could defer. The quotes were received quickly, and it was easy to book in. The work itself was carried out to a high standard, it's clear that Anthony takes pride in the standard of his work. He's also been very prompt and professional in replying to emails. We've been very happy with the work and will use his services again when we need to. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

I started using Bourne Plumbing (recommended by a friend of a friend) when we needed someone to take out a bath and put in a shower (my husband had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer), he came when he said he would, gave me a sensible quote and completed the job in a timely fashion and the pipework was amazing, so neatly done - the attention to detail incredible. We then used him again to create a downstairs toilet and utility room, entailing a new water main and connection - again all done incredibly tidily and efficiently. Our old boiler then broke down so we used Tony to install (and re-position) a new Viessmann Boiler - again all done very efficiently and with little disruption. Lastly we had a new kitchen fitted and we used Tony to carry out all the necessary plumbing. He is a pleasure to have in the house and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tony did a great job of installing the Viessman, taking consideration of prior work and making appropriate adjustments where necessary, fitting new piping, a thermostat, and new valves on each radiator. He took the time to explain everything to me, went through the paperwork, and showed himself to be very trustworthy and genuine.
