Anthony Sawczisk answered my call promptly and arrived next day. He explained the problem clearly and finished his work the same day and left everything clean and tidy. I was satisfied. My sons - more knowledgeable than me - inspected it and could find no faults. I am very happy to have found such a good plumber.

Anthony did a boiler service a couple years back and I managed to book him in for another service and to look at a toilet cistern issue. Whilst his schedule is busy (book in advance!) he arrived promptly and after an initial assessment we came to the conclusion that the boiler needed replacing. My schedule is generally quite tight and we agreed to expedite the work with Anthony dropping off a written quote a day or so later and arrived the Monday morning promptly. His work is very neat, professional, precise and I can honestly say that he was quite productive too (solid working to get the job done in a day). I am quite chuffed at my new Veissman boiler (immense improvement on the noisy Baxi I had) and the cistern was replaced swiftly too. Anthony returned today to complete the commissioning of the boiler so all is now ready. Will defintely use again - very professional and punctual. In terms of price / value - the boiler replacement was in the ballpark of what this sort of stuff generally costs but the work is of high quality and Anthony also took care of some other minor issues whilst getting the boiler replaced.

My central heating boiler broke down and left me without heating and hot water. Because of its age and the general state of the system Anthony recommended fitting a new boiler. He installed the new boiler in a couple of days and restored the heating and hot water, much to my relief, working on his own, all day. Then he came back to powerflush the system and make sure everything was working. He also repaired three of the radiator thermostats which hadn't been working properly. I was pleased that the quote that he had originally given me was not exceeded.

I contacted Bourne Heating and Plumbing on a friend's recommendation to help get to the bottom of issues with my heating system that have been unresolved by others. Tony attended my property and assessed the situation thoroughly, noticing various issues that should have been spotted by others. He recommended replacing a pump, fitting a new pump in a new location and also raising the height of our cold water tank to improve pressure. The work was carried out promptly on time and on budget and Tony and his colleague left my home clean and tidy after every day. Tony might not be the cheapest plumber you will find but he does care about his work and have a high technical ability. He won't take shortcuts. I wish I'd found him sooner as his professionalism pays off in the long run!! Highly recommended!
