My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

Anthony repaired my toilet to a very high standard, especially as it was a very awkward and demanding job. He was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy, hard working and friendly. Tony literally rescued my kitchen from a clogged pipe and poorly running drain affecting the sink, waste disposal and dishwasher. Fantastic, reliable service just when I needed it. Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler and replaced all the radiators in my flat at the end of last year. The existing system was very old and the pipes had not been flushed out for decades. He did a very professional job and even recommended a carpenter to move/replace the cupboards in the kitchen to make room for the boiler. I was very pleased with the results and the system has been functioning perfectly.

Tony replaced an old boiler with a new Viessmann Boiler in October 2010. The boiler has worked efficiently and silently, as he said it would. Since then he has carried out an annual service of the boiler and completed other plumbing and heating jobs. On all occassions he has turned up on time and carried out a professional, clean and reliable job. I will continue to use his services in the future.

After my boiler broke last year I got Tony in to find me a good solution and install it for me. I wanted a solid, reliable, top of the range boiler that would go the distance and provide excellent heating, and i'm pleased to say my new Viessman is doing a great job. I would highly recommend Anthony at Bourne Plumbing & Heating. He was extremely knowledgable and managed to solve the issues we had with our old and inherited boiler quickly. Several other plumbers had been unable to help us. Due to an imminent renovation I needed someone who could work with the existing system. Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me a range of solutions and costs, which would get the boiler working again. We required several new parts which he located within the morning and replaced. I was extremely impressed, I would have no hesitation in recommending him highly.

I had urgent repair jobs on two boilers for tenanted flats - I eventually chose Andrew out of several local plumbers and it was an excellent choice, he was very knowledgeable and professional and did the job very well. Other local plumbers did quote slightly lower rates but I think it is a case of you get what you pay for - the others let me down for various reasons and I am happy to have finally found a reliable and professional local firm.

We used Bourne Plumbing just before Christmas to install some new radiators and sort out our heating system/boiler. We have had problems with it for a long time and had used Pimlico, but the latter have only made piecemeal repairs yet charged us a fortune. So we took a chance on Bourne Plumbing, and we're so glad we did. Anthony sorted out the system at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. He gave us sound advice and was very professional throughout, and our heating system now works much more efficiently. He just really knows his stuff and we would definitely call him again.
