We have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Anthony ( Bourne Plumbing).He recently repositioned and refitted our central heating boiler after the manufacturers had declared that it had been incorrectly installed. Anthony is competent, efficient and very hard working. He approaches each challenge logically and with intelligence.We had a couple of minor teething problems which he attended to without delay and went above and beyond the call of duty. We wish we had found him years ago!

Highly recommended fast efficient service, our boiler broke down at 5pm on Saturday night. Anthony arrived in half an hour identified the problem quickly, He sourced the parts needed first thing Monday morning when he returned and fixed it. He even lent us some blow heaters to keep our family warm. will definitely use him again

I have contacted Anthony this morning when our central heating stopped working due to a loss of pressure in the boiler. He came within an hour (straight from attending another call), fixed the problem and gave us good advice on what could have caused it and how to maintain it in plain, simple language. He also charged a very reasonable rate and was easy to deal with. WeÍll definitely use him again. I am currently waiting for a quote from him for some other jobs that need doing in the house.

Would strongly recommend. I'd agree with previous poster that it can be pricey, however I think with this company/contractor, it is how much someone competent now costs for this kind of intervention. There are too many charlatans in this job. He went above and beyond to help diagnose an ongoing issue that had floored a surveyor and two other contractors supplied by the management company.

Tony serviced my central heating boiler after years of perfunctory British Gas servicing, and consequently it's quieter and performing better than ever. He recently dealt with a bathroom plumbing issue, coming the following day to fix this non urgent problem. If anyone deserves to be a trusted trader it's certainly him: he's exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working and courteous. There may be cheaper plumbers, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend him

This firm installed a new boiler. The owner Mr Sawzuck did the work. He did so on time and for the price agreed. Apart from a few teething troubles which he sorted out immediately the boiler has worked well and we are pleased with it and the gas savings. In addition to this work Mr Sawzuck came out at short notice to sort out a problem we had with a stop cock fitted by another plumber. We are pleased with the professional and reliable service this firm has provided and can recommend them.

Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler for me. The old one was nearly 30 years old. As we needed to re-position the boiler due to new health and safety regulations Tony needed to lift carpets, lift floorboards, drill through joists and mount the boiler in a new place. He worked with a minimum of fuss leaving the property clean of an evening.

Making an appointment was easy, he turned up on time and did a fantastic job, leaving the area clean and advising as to when I should next get he boiler looked at. Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler and replaced all the radiators in my flat at the end of last year. The existing system was very old and the pipes had not been flushed out for decades. He did a very professional job and even recommended a carpenter to move/replace the cupboards in the kitchen to make room for the boiler. I was very pleased with the results and the system has been functioning perfectly.

Tony installed our heating system over 20 years ago in a Victorian house and did a great job> He had to work round a toddler and every evening left the house safe and tidy. We had to have him back 19 years later to repair the boiler and his service was also very efficient. He has also carried out a few smaller plumbing jobs one of which was an emergency. Installed a new Viessmann boiler which runs silently and a huge improvement over a failing Ideal unit. We've had Anthony back since for other smaller jobs which we've not done over the years as we'd never found anyone reliable enough. I had been having problems with my shower and boiler for years, and several other plumbers had got nowhere. Anthony advised on a new Viessmann boiler, fitted it quickly and neatly, and even charged less than his quote as one of the planned tasks turned out to not be needed. He also moved the boiler pipes to a better location, fixed a leak under the sink and advised on how to get the shower fixed. The boiler and shower have been running without a single niggle all winter. Anthony is the best plumber I've used and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
