My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

He is very experienced and has always been able to sort out problems. He might not be the cheapest plumber, but he offers excellent value for money as he works quickly, carefully and efficiently and we have complete confidence in him. Anthony installed a new boiler and radiators as well as removing the old boiler and radiators. The quote he provided was extremely detailed and professional and there were no hidden extras when we got the final bill. His workmanship was excellent, he turned up when he said he would and was extremely tidy, at the ned of each day you would not have known he had been there. His advice was very helpfull, he completed the job on time and we could not be happier with the work done. We were so impressed that we have asked him to provide a quote for a new bathroom.

We've used Anthony on three occasions now, the first time to try and rescue an ageing boiler, which made it through another year; the second to deal with a radiator leak and the third to have a new Viessman combi boiler installed, which he put in with ruthless efficiency within the space of a day and no mess at the end. He thinks ahead, has a big inventory of parts and inspires confidence. He's certainly not cheap but, to reiterate previous reviews, you get what you pay.

We had to have a radiator replaced and gas pipes moved whilst having some carpentry work done in our lounge. Anthony came recommended by another Which trader (Good with Wood) and was able to fit in with timescales of the carpenter and complete the work very satisfactorily and on time at the right price, not expensive not cheap. Highly recommended and knowledgeable plumber.

Delighted! I have a new bathroom and central heating system. Tony was pleasure to deal with and was a very clean and tidy worker, very rare nowadays. Annoyingly some of his suggestions were better than my own! The Viessmann boiler he recommended is fab. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Anthony has done a number of jobs at our property (fixing a boiler, replacing taps, removing a lead pipe, installing gas heating etc). Anthony has done a number of jobs at my flat (fixing a boiler, finding source of leaks, checking safety of flues, advising re gas cooker). Despite being in great demand, he has given support over the phone or turned up at short notice (and also come to pre-arranged appointments) and carried out the work efficiently and at a fair price. Called Anthony in a panic as my Central Heating was not working & the pipes were extremely hot. Anthony promptly attended, diagnosed the fault expertly & reassured me not to panic! Told me the cost, carried out the repair which turned out to be a replacement pump which he had on his van, so he did not have to leave the job & left the system in full working order. Tony was recommended through my bathroom fitter, he did a great job, prompt and professional. He installed a new Viessmann combi in just a day and a half, removing the old tank/cylinder with all the pipework in our loft and airing cupboard. He came back at a later date to flush our heating system as well. Tony comes at a price but his work speaks for itself, he will offer a very competent and efficient service. I would definitely recommend Bourne Plumbing & Heating to anyone. p.s make sure you keep enough milk around for his tea!
