Anthony replaced a faulty ball float valve in my cold water tank. He arrived on time, worked quickly and I was delighted with his work. Price very reasonable too. What more can you ask for? The service Anthony provides is excellent and I shall be using him again in the future.

Tony literally rescued my kitchen from a clogged pipe and poorly running drain affecting the sink, waste disposal and dishwasher. Fantastic, reliable service just when I needed it. I used Bourne Plumbing earlier this year - excellent fast response and very polite and helpful. However before any big job, I would check in advance what he charges - especially for spare parts. I was shocked when the invoice came and double checked with a local plumbers' merchants - there had a been a 250% mark up. This was especially galling as one of the jobs had been incorrectly diagnosed and both the labour and expensive spare part did not fix the problem.

My father found Tony initially. He is a civil engineer and has very high requirements for the standard of work in his home. He used Tony and recommended him to me. I have been using Tony since for plumbing jobs at my flat for about 25 years. I no longer live in Ealing and the flat is rented out. It is very reassuring to know that if the tenants tell me something needs doing, I can know that he will go in and do it to a good standard without my having to come and check the work. I live some distance away and having to check other workmen's efforts means a journey to London. The tenants are always pleased at the promptness of the service, and Tony sends me all the Landlord's certification that I need for my records. It has made renting the flat out so much easier over these years. I don't know what I would have done if I had not known about Tony.

I am a woman who is over seventy years old with a husband who has Alzheimer's. After a lifetime of leaving all the technical details of maintaining a house to him I now find myself having to take control. He fixed a leak and blockage in the kitchen within 1.5 hours. Throughout his work, he was very efficient and friendly. He sorted out everything by himself including parking, covering up the floor and cleaning afterwards. He gave me some useful suggestions as well. Anthony from Bourne helped me out of a tight spot. Definitely I would recommend Anthony and Bourne for value and service. I had a leaking sink and was about to go on a week long business trip. Anthony rushed over that evening, sorted out the leak and assisted us in getting a new tap (not through him but from a website he recommended). Then he came back within a day or two of my return to install the tap and also offer some sound advice for my radiators (not connected to the leaking sink;). Satisfied customer for sure.

Needed a new hob installed quite urgently to do some catering, called Anthony from Bourne at a busy time just before the bank holiday; called a few other contractors from the same site also. However, choose Anthony because he was very knowledgably and courteous on the phone. I did call at an extremelly busy time, however he promised to come first thing, which he did because I needed it urgently. His work was so clean, the way in which he carried out the job, the neatest copper work I have ever seen, he cleaned up at every stage. Very impressed with his professionalism, he definately knows his stuff, shows in his work and worth every penny; compared to other contacted contractors very cost competitive. Had no cleaning up to do for a change after works carried out, also should mention that he did make a 2nd visit on the same day because the hole for my hob had not been prepared by my husband and he came back later to fit my hob, which hd did not have to, and he did not charge me for 2 call out fees. So happy with the job.

I have used Bourne a couple of times and do not plan to look anywhere else for boiler servicing in the future. After problems with my old boiler, which needed replacing, Antony recommended a Viessmann boiler, which he installed the next day. Antony is polite and trustworthy and although replacing a boiler is never going to be cheap, I was left feeling that I had got excellent value for money.

Anthony recently installed a new water softener and a Viessmann boiler for us. We were impressed by the meticulous high quality of the work. And also by the fact that Anthony always came when he said he would, and was friendly, polite and helpful in answering all our questions. He has a hugely impressive knowledge of his subject, the result of many years' experience, and we feel that we finally have properly installed, reliable equipment, with excellent backup if needed.

Following a gas leak from our cooker hob, and disconnection of the damaged gas pipe, Anthony came to assess the job and (following some some adjustments to the cooker cabinetry which had to be carried out by a carpenter that he recommended) came back to reconnect the gas supply which he did efficiently and without mess or upheaval. I would be very happy to call him again in the future if we have any plumbing or heating issues. I have yet to receive his bill so am not really able to comment reliably on his value for money.
