Our gas was cut off this month due to an unidentified leak under the floor. Anthony came round within 24 hours to quote and came up with a practical solution that created the minimum of disruption. He rearranged his schedule to fit in our work which was carried out a week later as agreed. He took care in tidying up afterwards. We would highly recommend him.

Brilliant! Anthony was recommended by our electrician and he spent a couple of hours diagnosing the problem which goes back to the late 1990s when, it seems, British Gas installed a new boiler. Briefly, it seems they did not change the pipe work to a standard size and air was getting in to the system. We also had a leak. He managed to restore hot water and heating for us overnight and promised that if he could get the materials needed, he would come back today, which he did. He replaced the wrong-sized pipe and has just got us going again. Full marks!

Our old boiler finally died at New Year during the coldest week of the winter. Anthony came around within an hour of my phone call, recommended replacing the old boiler with a Viessmann and then rearranged his work so that he could install it as soon as possible, knowing how miserable it was for us with no heating or hot water. We were extremely grateful and are very happy with the new boiler. We would always call on Anthony for any plumbing/heating work and would happily recommend him to anyone.

I engaged Bourne Plumbing & Heating to remove my old boiler and associated plumbing and to install a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W combi boiler and carry out a system upgrade and power flush. Anthony has been my choice of plumber over a number of years. In addition to regular boiler maintenance visits, when my old boiler finally heaved its last sigh, he recommended installing a Viessmann boiler (working well) and he has sorted out various plumbing issues. He has always been professional, with good communication, and little extras taken care of, like packaging all paperwork together. He is also someone to rely on in an emergency.

As a landlord with multiple properties I've experienced the pain of having to have jobs redone. I'm glad I found Tony and his outfit. Totally reliable and professional service from (in my experience) a simple annual check to replacement of a whole heating system. I know that there are no corners cut and the job is quality (I have had an independent check too!) If I were you I'd use this service.

Tony has been our plumber and heating engineer for many many years, and has done work for members of my family and neighbours. He is completely trustworthy, reliable and happy to advise us at all times. Tony responds swifty to our calls and will do emergency work immediately; he assesses and completes the work required very efficiently, and tidies up after himself. He recently fitted a new Viesmann boiler which we are very happy with. Tony services our boiler yearly, and I could not recommend him highly enough! On one occasion We had an emergency whilst away on holiday and rang Tony for advice as our son was at home alone- Tony himself was on holiday which did not stop him from advising us on the phone and then contacting a friend of his who sorted out the emergency for us!

Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler, involving work on the roof and new pipework up the wall and under the floorboards. Tony has done a superb job, and he and his colleague took such care in avoiding disturbance. I also appreciate the trouble he took in providing a folder with instructions, guarantees etc all in place. Tony is highly experienced and very professional in his approach. Tony goes above and beyond to solve problems that other plumbers do not want to tackle. He has solved numerous difficult problems in blocks of flats with a 1930's communal heating system. Tony refurbished all the central heating piping in my house and split the top floor heating into a separate zone. He installed the new boiler in a couple of days and restored the heating and hot water, much to my relief, working on his own, all day. Then he came back to powerflush the system and make sure everything was working. He also repaired three of the radiator thermostats which hadn't been working properly. I was pleased that the quote that he had originally given me was not exceeded.
