He had come at our earliest convenience and pointed out the problem immediately and fixed it. He is very professional. Anthony did a boiler service a couple years back and I managed to book him in for another service and to look at a toilet cistern issue. Whilst his schedule is busy (book in advance!) he arrived promptly and after an initial assessment we came to the conclusion that the boiler needed replacing. My schedule is generally quite tight and we agreed to expedite the work with Anthony dropping off a written quote a day or so later and arrived the Monday morning promptly. His work is very neat, professional, precise and I can honestly say that he was quite productive too (solid working to get the job done in a day). I am quite chuffed at my new Veissman boiler (immense improvement on the noisy Baxi I had) and the cistern was replaced swiftly too. Anthony returned today to complete the commissioning of the boiler so all is now ready. Will defintely use again - very professional and punctual. In terms of price / value - the boiler replacement was in the ballpark of what this sort of stuff generally costs but the work is of high quality and Anthony also took care of some other minor issues whilst getting the boiler replaced.

Our old boiler finally died at New Year during the coldest week of the winter. Anthony came around within an hour of my phone call, recommended replacing the old boiler with a Viessmann and then rearranged his work so that he could install it as soon as possible, knowing how miserable it was for us with no heating or hot water. We were extremely grateful and are very happy with the new boiler. We would always call on Anthony for any plumbing/heating work and would happily recommend him to anyone.

As a landlord with multiple properties I've experienced the pain of having to have jobs redone. I'm glad I found Tony and his outfit. Totally reliable and professional service from (in my experience) a simple annual check to replacement of a whole heating system. I engaged Bourne Plumbing & Heating to remove my old boiler and associated plumbing and to install a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W combi boiler and carry out a system upgrade and power flush. Anthony had recommended Viessmann and I have been very impressed with the quality of the equipment. Bourne Plumbing provide a very professional service at a competitive price. He also supplied and fitted a new 35mm basin trap which he connected to the existing waste pipe. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Anthony is friendly and he gets on with things. He makes sure not to leave any mess and also explains what he is doing and he showed me how the new taps and plug worked. He is easy to contact and keep in touch with and he also came to my property at the agreed time. He has carried work out before at my home and it was also done to a high standard. I am very satisfied with his work and attention to detail and would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.

Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler, involving work on the roof and new pipework up the wall and under the floorboards. Tony has done a superb job, and he and his colleague took such care in avoiding disturbance. I also appreciate the trouble he took in providing a folder with instructions, guarantees etc all in place. Tony is highly experienced and very professional in his approach. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I needed removal of totally coroded waste disposal which stopped working, not replacing it, and turning the sink into functional sink. Anthony Sawczuk performed the job efficiently, quickly and very well. The kitchen remained clean, there was no water anywhere and the sink functions well with a new plug which was provided by him. He worked for about an hour and a half - seemed to me very efficient. The cost was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend him.

I found Anthony through the reviews on Which. I was having problems with my existing boiler which had been fitted some 14 years ago. He responded promptly to my request for a visit, after inspection it was clear the boiler needed to be replaced and suggested a Viessmann boiler. I have used Anthony before and he has always done excellent work and been helpful and prompt in his response. On Sunday I found that my boiler was leaking and so I called Anthony and he came promptly the next morning. He identified the problem which was a leak in the plastic diverter valve, ordered the replacement part and then fitted it the next morning. He also provided good advice on using the boiler in the short interim between his ordering the valve and fitting it and on ensuring that the water pressure level was not too high. He is always helpful and polite and takes pride in his work. I always feel confident that he will provide me with a highly professional service and he also responds quickly to calls and understands the importance of clear and regular communication.

Bourne Plumbing was recommended by a friend as my own plumber was not working due to Covid. Anthony Sawczuk visited twice. Initially managed to get boiler functioning but it failed the next morning. When contacted, he ordered the correct part and visited the following day and fitted. The boiler has worked ever since. The work was carried out to a professional standard. We have used Anthony a few years ago for a modest plumbing emergency and called him this time to ask if he could resolve a juddering tap feed and also change radiator thermostatic valves. He called in later that same day to review the scope /time etc and sent us a costed estimate the following day. He was able to fit us in a couple of days later and did just what was required within the estimated 4 hours. Highly satisfied. We shall probably switch to him for annual boiler/central heating servicing in autumn.

We planned to travel to Ealing to prepare for a new tenant and needed a known problem to be resolved during our 4 day visit. Our previous plumber suddenly declared himself unavailable so we had to find a replacement urgently. We found Anthony of Bourne Plumbing via Which. He turned up as agreed, (an hour after we arrived from Wales) and changed the valve and sorted another issue at the boiler water supply. His work was very professional taking every precaution to avoid any water reaching the carpet etc. After he left, we found another problem in the bathroom so he came back the next morning, had to get a part and fixed that problem too. We were so relieved to have found someone this good so quickly and as we live 160 miles away we will have no hesitation in using his services even without being there to supervise. Anthony is a very personable chap, easy to get on with and we will also recommend him to our previous neighbours in Ealing who also used our previous plumber.

Anthony was able to start very quickly to deal with our 20 year old failing boiler. He was very considerate of our need to restore our heating system quickly and worked very hard to clear blocked pipes and restore function to radiators that had not worked properly for some time. This required a number of replacement parts and considerable unforeseeable extra work. I was kept advised of all the additional work required and approved all extra items when it was clear that they were needed. Although additional cost was incurred I believe that I received very good value for my money. I am now enjoying a warm house from a far more sophisticated system which will be self cleaning and regulating - very welcome with colder weather on the way. I have asked Anthony to provide the annual service of the Viessmann Boiler.

I was switched off for gas by Cadent as I had a leak in my system. I rang around several plumbers as was without heating, hot water and cooking facilities at the beginning of December. Bourne came out the same afternoon that I called to take a look and said that my pipe needed to be rerun above ground as the leak was under the cement floor. They provided a quote within a day and then once approved booked the job in within three days. They came on-time with a team and completed the job within the day. It was a neat, professional finish with added touches of cutting cupboard doors to fit around the new pipe and changing my switch off lever. I cannot recommend Bourne highly enough. Not the cheapest quote I got, but an excellent job and worth every penny to be able to have. shower and be warm again!

The hot water boiler at my cafe broke down.. (important as i cannot run it without hot water). Tony was on site within 24 hrs bringing with him a replacement boiler.
