My name is Anthony and I have been running Bourne Plumbing & Heating a family run business, for over 27 years. I offer a wide range of services, from full bathroom installations to emergency call-outs. I am also on hand to help out with smaller jobs, such as fixing leaky taps or unblocking drains.

Tony serviced my central heating boiler after years of perfunctory British Gas servicing, and consequently it's quieter and performing better than ever. He recently dealt with a bathroom plumbing issue, coming the following day to fix this non urgent problem. If anyone deserves to be a trusted trader it's certainly him: he's exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working and courteous. There may be cheaper plumbers, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend him

We used Bourne Plumbing just before Christmas to install some new radiators and sort out our heating system/boiler. We have had problems with it for a long time and had used Pimlico, but in my opinion the latter have only made piecemeal repairs yet charged us what I feel is a fortune. So we took a chance on Bourne Plumbing, and we're so glad we did. Anthony sorted out the system at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. He gave us sound advice and was very professional throughout, and our heating system now works much more efficiently. He just really knows his stuff and we would definitely call him again.

My father found Tony initially. He is a civil engineer and has very high requirements for the standard of work in his home. He used Tony and recommended him to me. I have been using Tony since for plumbing jobs at my flat for about 25 years. I no longer live in Ealing and the flat is rented out. It is very reassuring to know that if the tenants tell me something needs doing, I can know that he will go in and do it to a good standard without my having to come and check the work. I live some distance away and having to check other workmen's efforts means a journey to London. The tenants are always pleased at the promptness of the service, and Tony sends me all the Landlord's certification that I need for my records. It has made renting the flat out so much easier over these years. I don't know what I would have done if I had not known about Tony.

I have used Bourne a couple of times and do not plan to look anywhere else for boiler servicing in the future. After problems with my old boiler, which needed replacing, Antony recommended a Viessmann boiler, which he installed the next day. Antony is polite and trustworthy and although replacing a boiler is never going to be cheap, I was left feeling that I had got excellent value for money.

Tony goes above and beyond to solve problems that other plumbers do not want to tackle. He has solved numerous difficult problems in blocks of flats with a 1930's communal heating system. He does not let a difficult situation beat him. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone requiring a heating and plumbing service. I can't praise him enough regarding his quality of work.

My central heating boiler broke down and left me without heating and hot water. Because of its age and the general state of the system Anthony recommended fitting a new boiler. He installed the new boiler in a couple of days and restored the heating and hot water, much to my relief, working on his own, all day. Then he came back to powerflush the system and make sure everything was working. He also repaired three of the radiator thermostats which hadn't been working properly. I was pleased that the quote that he had originally given me was not exceeded.

I contacted Bourne Heating and Plumbing on a friend's recommendation to help get to the bottom of issues with my heating system that have been unresolved by others. Tony attended my property and assessed the situation thoroughly, noticing various issues that should have been spotted by others. He recommended replacing a pump, fitting a new pump in a new location and also raising the height of our cold water tank to improve pressure. The work was carried out promptly on time and on budget and Tony and his colleague left my home clean and tidy after every day. Tony might not be the cheapest plumber you will find but he does care about his work and have a high technical ability. He won't take shortcuts. I wish I'd found him sooner as his professionalism pays off in the long run!! Highly recommended!
