Anthony came to our house to give us advice on an issue with lost pressure on our boiler. He gave us clear and straight forward advice about the problem and options to fix it. He's knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We'll be using him going forward for plumbing support and have no hesitation in recommending him to friends in the neighbourhood.

Tony was very efficient at replacing the sink waste and making alterations to secure the kitchen mixer tap. He didn't replace an outside tas as requested because I thought it was broken, but instead tightened it which did the job. I would definitely call him again.

Anthony did a thoroughly professional job fitting new pipework, enabling the gas meter to be moved externally. He works efficiently and arrived on time. He also (previously) fitted our boiler and services this yearly. I would highly recommend Anthony.

Tony Bourne recently replaced our 25 year old CH boiler. He and his colleague arrived punctually and worked almost non-stop until 7.0p.m. the first day and completed the job the following day, including force flushing the system, installing new thermostat, thermionic valve, new header tank etc. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption aad everything left clean & tidy afterwards. A nice touch was the loan of a pair of electric radiators, delivered the day the boiler failed. We found him under "Plumbers" but I feel he should also be listed here. Highly Recommended.

I found Bourne Plumbing through Which Local and was very happy with the service Anthony provided, he certainly lived up to expectations. He came promptly to have a look at the problems we had with two different boilers and was able to tell us straight away what the issues were, to fix one there and then and give us an accurate quote on what it would take to fix the other one. Once the parts had arrived, he was able to complete the work, giving us heating and hot water again. I would wholeheartedly recommend Anthony and Bourne Plumbing & Heating.

We are landlords based in Devon and contacted Bourne Plumbers in London. They very efficiently collected keys for the flat and returned them. They serviced the boiler and did a gas safety check and issued the certificates. They also changed a valve on a leaking radiator and unblocked the drain in the bath. They kept us up to date by phone or email and went to the property when they said they would. I would reccomend them highly and will use them again when we need to.

Mr. Bourne arrived on time. He replaced three jammed shut off valves quickly and efficiently. The quality of his work is excellent. We had employed him before to repair a failed toilet cistern. I can thoroughly recommend him.

I called Tony to fix a leak from the toilet overflow on behalf of my 83yr old mother who was worried that the pipes would freeze if the weather turned icy. Tony came at the agreed time, closed the water supply, removed and replaced the faulty parts and as requested put in a valve so that in future the water to the toilet can be turned off in the bathroom. Tony was polite, had listened to what I had told him over the phone and so had all the parts with him, got on with the job and fixed the problem. Mum's peace of mind restored, thank you.

Anthony has been my choice of plumber over a number of years. In addition to regular boiler maintenance visits, when my old boiler finally heaved its last sigh, he recommended installing a Viessmann boiler (working well) and he has sorted out various plumbing issues. He has always been professional, with good communication, and little extras taken care of, like packaging all paperwork together. He is also someone to rely on in an emergency.

Anthony came round the same afternoon after I called about a minor plumbing problem. He identified the problem and had all the necessary equipment to solve it without having to book a second visit. I don't know whether his charge was expensive, cheap or on the button but I would definitely use him again.

I found Anthony on Which? Trusted Trader, and have been using him for a couple of years for all my plumbing requirements at a property I rent out in London (I Live 250 miles away in Wales). Anthony has always provided a professional service. I have just and the heating system upgraded and Anthony has installed a new Viessmann boiler and conducted a power flush to Finish – everything is working and looks neat, all paperwork – registration for guarantee was dealt with by Anthony. I have no reservations in recommending this heating engineer – if any work is required, I contact him by phone or text and he does the rest – I have never met the man personally so can’t describe what he looks like, but I would still recommend him. Work done: Tony came to inspect a leaking kitchen tap and advised us to order a new fitting. He also checked the bathroom pump was working properly. He then came back and fitted the new tap. General comments: Tony is very much in demand but always answered phone calls and came exactly when he said he would, so was very reliable, which we really appreciated. Tony was very helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with and we were confident the work would be done to a good standard. Tony was a recommendation from a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Anthony is obviously busy and popular - which is in itself a recommendation. Initially this meant we struggled to find a time he could spare. However, he then went out of his way to fit in a visit. This was simply replacing very old kitchen taps - but he also helpfully upgraded the fitting to add values to the undersink fitting to enable better control in the future. While he was here I asked if he could assist with another small job (broken toilet handle) which he was willing to do. Anthony was friendly and respectful throughout the visit.
