His work was of the highest standard and I was completely satisfied with the job he did. He also took time to liaise with Transco over a problem with the incoming gas main which was a great help. Anthony and his team were marvellous, put to rights an elderly ladies heating etc which 2 sets of so called plumbers had wreaked ! 10 out of 10 ! I own a care agency and will now be only using him for repairs in my Clients houses ! His team are great as well , needed a new ceiling due to water leaks and Anthony arranged repairs , if you want a Truly Trusted Plumber look no further than Bourne Plumbing

Probably the best plumber we've ever used in terms of quality of work. Great care was taken with the elements and quality of the installation and we were consulted on every step and then trained at the end. Of course, such quality takes longer and so this is not the cheapest service. But it's well worth it. We were advised to install a Viessmann boiler which so far, works perfectly.

Maybe you know that sinking feeling when you think the old boiler won't last another winter and you just dread the thought of all the upheaval of getting a new one. This had been the worry for us for a few years until we experienced the first-rate work of Bourne Plumbing. We were impressed by the neat and tidy workmanship when Tony successfully sourced and fitted a new hob. He suggested a Viessmann boiler and though the name was new to us we went ahead and are very pleased with his work, punctuality, tidiness, explanations etc.

Our boiler recently failed and at short notice Bourne Heating provided a quotation and installed a Viessmann gas condensing boiler. The job proved to be a particular complicated task since the rust under the old tap made it impossible to extract without risk of damage to the black kitchen sink. The plumber (Anthony Sawczuk) was able to complete the task with little obvious damage. He was utterly professional, explaining the options quite clearly once he had inspected the work to be done. He is punctual, polite and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, highly competent plumber.

Anthony and a couple of helpers replaced the worn-out boiler and adjusted & reset & improved the existing Central Heating System in the very short agreed time and for the agreed price, completing it on 5/08/20. He did some minor adjustments later and we are extremely well satisfied with him and his work. We would unreservedly recommend him to anyone needing his wide-ranging, excellent and friendly services.

Tony refurbished all the central heating piping in my house and split the top floor heating into a separate zone. He also help resolve a few issues with the boiler that a previous plumber had failed to do. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. He worked hard and we would be very happy to employ him again.

My central heating boiler broke down and left me without heating and hot water. Because of its age and the general state of the system Anthony recommended fitting a new boiler. He installed the new boiler in a couple of days and restored the heating and hot water, much to my relief, working on his own, all day. Then he came back to powerflush the system and make sure everything was working. He also repaired three of the radiator thermostats which hadn't been working properly. I was pleased that the quote that he had originally given me was not exceeded.

Anthony installed a new set of basin taps and replaced the existing pipework with 15mm flexi connections. He cleaned out the existing blockage and fitted a new click-clack basin waste and sealed it. He also supplied and fitted a new 35mm basin trap which he connected to the existing waste pipe. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Anthony is friendly and he gets on with things. He makes sure not to leave any mess and also explains what he is doing and he showed me how the new taps and plug worked. He is easy to contact and keep in touch with and he also came to my property at the agreed time. He has carried work out before at my home and it was also done to a high standard. I am very satisfied with his work and attention to detail and would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.

I phoned Anthony having been recommended to him by our regular plumber of many years who has now retired. It was a small but irritating problem with our toilet cistern. The ball valve whined loudly when filling and was slowly leaking all the time. Anthony arranged to come later the same day. He arrived and carried out the job in about half an hour: replacing the ball valve with a much neater looking new one; he also renewed the isolating valve and pipework leading into the cistern which he discovered was faulty. Anthony was very professional and courteous but also friendly and personable. His work was of a very high standard, clean and tidy (he took away all the old debris) and his charges were reasonable in the circumstances. I would recommend Anthony to my friends.
