Fran, with Matt and Connor, replaced a 15 months old combi with Worcester Bosch system boiler and unvented HW cylinder. They installed a suitable platform in loft for the new cylinder and all pipework was installed extremely neatly with good insulation. They also repaired a couple of radiator fittings that had been incorrectly installed 15 months ago when the useless WB combi was fitted. They were very careful covering all work and transit areas with protective materials (including overshoes when necessary) and were extremely patient in explaining the system, answering our questions and explaining the daily activities and impact on us. Fran and everyone were very friendly and most courteous throughout. With prior agreement, they installed a new Bristan mixer tap that we chose and bought, and Fran even returned to replace a faulty mechanism at no extra charge. I have no hesitation in recommending Fran's company, not only because they did an excellent job but also because of the care and consideration they put into the wider aspects of customer care. Excellent service as always. Contacted Fran to look at our Shower which had stopped working. He was able to go the next day to check it out and our issue was resolved that same day, even though it meant a complete new one was needed. Reliable, professional, and always our go- to person. Our shower room was showing its age so it was decided the time had come to call BPI (Fran) for him to give us his thoughts and a timetable for the refit. The timing was good from our point of view because his timetable fitted with us being away from home. We had previously given him the keys to the house and Fran & Matt have always shown the greatest respect for our property and left it very clean & tidy, so no worries. Fran negotiated a very competitive price for what was needed and I believe the price he charged for their labour is also very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and indeed have done so to anyone who asks me who I use .

I contacted Fran in April about replacing the 27 year old boiler in the house I had just bought. Fran came to review the requirement and gave me sound advice about the type of boiler that should be used and whether or not to upgrade the hot tank and move to a fully mains pressure system. With Fran's help I decided to replace the boiler with a Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 30kw carrying a 12 year guarantee and to leave the hot tank for another day. The price was very competitive. In May, Fran and his team came to do the work, which was completed in one day plus a short follow-up visit the next morning to check the magnetic filters are running the new boiler overnight. This included changing the main thermostat to a Hive system. Fran also replaced all the thermostatic valves on the radiators and added the Hive smart valve tops I had purchased separately. All work was done to a high standard and the team worked very well together. All waste, including the old boiler and the heating header tank from the loft was taken away and the house was left clean and tidy. The system has been trouble free and has not required any remedial work. Fran and his team are excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly. If I need any further plumbing work, I shall use them again.

Fran gives confidence from the outset, removing shoes and laying protective cloths on arrival. He is friendly and courteous, but doesn't waste time and, having assessed the situation, gets on with the job. Fran's is definitely the number we'll ring whenever a boiler/plumbing concern arises.

First time I have used BPI and I found Fran professional, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them.

As is my habit when a plumbing problem arises I called Fran because for many years he has been my go to plumber whenever I need one. Fran and Matt are reliable and respectful of customer property, also polite and considerate when explaining what needs to be done. I do not foresee any probs with the plumbing system in my house at present , but I know who I will call first if a problem arises.
