We are gas safe registered and are fully insured. The team specialise in boiler installation, repairs and all plumbing, and heating requirements.

Fran and Matt from BPI are exemplary plumbers who follow the Pimlico Plumbers line of being, Punctual, Well Presented and Transparent with no hidden costs. Very personable, courteous and efficient, endeavouring to leave the site clean and tidy and the clients well briefed on how to operarate the new boiler and controls. Thoroughly recommend the company and feel happy to have "found" such a reliable team. A job well done with little fuss.

We used BPI to remove a very old boiler, hot water cylinder and water tank and replace with a new Worcester Bosch pressurised water system. The work was undertaken professionally, courteously and to a high quality. Fran and Matt were both extremely helpful and friendly and the communications was excellent. We will most definitely be using them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We originally had all our plumbing and heating updating in our house by BPI and they did an excellent job we had them do extra work on our house. We had BPI put a new shower in the main bathroom and a complete toilet/basin in a new location of our house. We wanted it in an awkward part of the house, they managed to do everything we asked for with no bother at all. I would definitely recommend these, friendly and helpful lads and will go out there way to help.

Asked for my boiler to be moved, very speedy response and quote. Great workmanship; and work ethics from start to finish, excellent communication throughout. Did exactly what we wanted, hassle free. We are very pleased with the professional and honest service we recieved and we would highly recommend BPI for your plumbing needs. What can we say, cannot thank Fran and Matt enough for all their hard work. They had to remove an old Vulcan boiler that had been in the property over 40 years and resite a new boiler - definitely not an easy job!! Nothing was too much trouble, I am sure they went above and beyond what was quoted. Everything was explained fully and Fran even sent a video of how to set the controls for those of us who find the paper version confusing. We have already recommended them and would recommended them to anyone. If your stuck for a plumber don’t hesitate give them a ring you won’t be disappointed.

I had a new room thermostat fitted for my underfloor heating. This was done very professionally. Fran came when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable about completing the work. He advised me what the cost would be and spent time ensuring I understood how the room thermostat worked. He also e-mailed me a copy of the maker's demonstration. Video to back this up. Very pleased with the work. I would definitely have Fran again

I have used BPI plumbing services on many different occasions for work at my own home installing a new shower, fixing leaking pipes and servicing a boiler. I have also used them for many jobs, big and small in my rental properties including installing two new combi boilers, changing pipe work and issuing gas safety certificates. I have always found Fran and his team incredibly reliable, helpful and responsive to phone calls & messages. They are very reasonably priced too and will always quote before completing any works. I have happily recommended BPI plumbing to friends and family members and will continue to do so.

BPI has done work for me over the last few years and they have been constantly professional, with quality work and time keeping. Along with being good value for money. This latest job was urgent, before Christmas. BPI fitted it in around the other work they had on. Again they kept me informed of when they could work, also being very good at safe working in this pandemic.
