Fran gives confidence from the outset, removing shoes and laying protective cloths on arrival. He is friendly and courteous, but doesn't waste time and, having assessed the situation, gets on with the job. Fran's is definitely the number we'll ring whenever a boiler/plumbing concern arises.

First time I have used BPI and I found Fran professional, very thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them.

As is my habit when a plumbing problem arises I called Fran because for many years he has been my go to plumber whenever I need one. Fran and Matt are reliable and respectful of customer property, also polite and considerate when explaining what needs to be done. I do not foresee any probs with the plumbing system in my house at present , but I know who I will call first if a problem arises.

BPI fully removed our previous bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, re-configured the drainage, and installed a new bathroom, insulating the exterior walls. They very helpfully agreed to start the work to suit our schedule and completed within time and budget. They were always friendly and helpful and consulted us on details throughout to ensure that we got what we wanted. They listened carefully and explained progress and the timetable of works. Excellent management and organisation of the other tradespeople. We're very pleased with the completed bathroom.

Fran and Matt were 2 great guys who helped me out. I had some radiators that were causing us problems and the job was not complete from my previous plumber so we instead used this company and I am so glad we did. They were professional and rescued the job. They did the best job and helped rescue the job and Thanks to them we having a better cosier winter. Many thanks and keep up the hardwork and quality:)

The guys installed a new boiler system for us, replacing a 25 year old mess and provided an absolutely fantastic service. From the quotation to the advice and actual installation you could not ask for better. They turned up on time and put a proper shift in every day, leaving all areas clean and tidy every night. The workmanship and attention to detail was A1. May cost a bit more than these multi nationals, but you don’t get surprise add on’s because it was a phone estimate and not a fixed quote and you meet the guys before hand. Yep Thoroughly recommended them every time, just don’t let them near your biscuits 🍪 many many thanks lads, top guys.

BPI plumbing installed our main bathroom consisting removal of old appliances, tiling followed by a full installation. Further sinks and toilets were installed in other rooms. External pipework was replaced without fuss. An extremely efficient and professional service from Fran and Matt ensured a trouble free installation. The standard of work was of a very high order and the team were a joy to have with us. The exercise took two weeks, the work site, drive and garage areas were left in perfect condition. Dust was kept to a minimum, stair carpets protected and the standard of cleanliness for such a large scale work exemplary. The work was carried out to schedule and budget. Fran and Matt were courteous, always on time, diligent and kept us up to speed at all times. The liaison between BPI and Pochins Loughborough was excellent. The reason we asked BPI to quote for and execute our requirements was based on an earlier experience when they fitted our new boiler and were so impressed with the result. Fortunately little went wrong and any niggles effortlessly resolved. Matt even found a glass splash back company for our downstairs toilet, expedited and fitted with a pleasing result. Highly recommended and a very happy customer.

I requested a quote from BPI Heating for decommission and removal of old boiler and installation of new. Quote given and work date agreed. Everything went according to plan. Rusty old radiator also replaced but only after confirming I agreed first. Costing very close to quote, all debris taken away and work carried out to first-class standard. I could not be more satisfied with my efficient, cost-effective boiler. I highly recommend Fran, BPI.

Fran and his team from BPI plumbing installed a Vaillant boiler for us. They arrived on time and did a very professional installation. There was little disruption and what mess did occur was cleaned up afterwards. Customer service excellent, ensuring we got up to speed with the Vaillant vSmart heating controls. Very personable, courteous and efficient, endeavouring to leave the site clean and tidy and the clients well briefed on how to operarate the new boiler and controls. Thoroughly recommend the company and feel happy to have "found" such a reliable team. A job well done with little fuss.

We used BPI to remove a very old boiler, hot water cylinder and water tank and replace with a new Worcester Bosch pressurised water system. The work was undertaken professionally, courteously and to a high quality. Fran and Matt were both extremely helpful and friendly and the communications was excellent. We will most definitely be using them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We originally had all our plumbing and heating updating in our house by BPI and they did an excellent job we had them do extra work on our house. We had BPI put a new shower in the main bathroom and a complete toilet/basin in a new location of our house. We wanted it in an awkward part of the house, they managed to do everything we asked for with no bother at all. I would definitely recommend these, friendly and helpful lads and will go out there way to help.

Asked for my boiler to be moved, very speedy response and quote. Great workmanship; and work ethics from start to finish, excellent communication throughout. Did exactly what we wanted, hassle free. What can we say, cannot thank Fran and Matt enough for all their hard work. They had to remove an old Vulcan boiler that had been in the property over 40 years and resite a new boiler - definitely not an easy job!! Nothing was too much trouble, I am sure they went above and beyond what was quoted. Everything was explained fully and Fran even sent a video of how to set the controls for those of us who find the paper version confusing. We have already recommended them and would recommended them to anyone. If your stuck for a plumber don’t hesitate give them a ring you won’t be disappointed.

I had a new room thermostat fitted for my underfloor heating. This was done very professionally. Fran came when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable about completing the work. He advised me what the cost would be and spent time ensuring I understood how the room thermostat worked. He also e-mailed me a copy of the maker's demonstration. Video to back this up. Very pleased with the work. I would definitely have Fran again
