I have just used this company to complete a total overhaul of our heating system including a new boiler. The original was 21 years old and several parts of the system had been replaced. The quote was very competitive and two days quoted to complete. As they completed the work more issues were found but they stuck to their quote. Even after two days another problem with my gas supply prevented commissioning the new boiler so Nathan came on his day off to ensure we weren't left freezing! I chose them as they had fitted my hob and oven at short notice last year. This is not a one man band but an organised local firm or around 15 employees. This meant that both times I called them they could respond quickly. They are affiliated to Worcester Bosch so I got a Best Buy boiler with a ten year guarantee rather than the five some others offer. Everyone who came to our home was very professional and courteous. I am sure they will be my go to for boiler servicing and any other problems going forward. Highly recommended.

18 year old boiler needed to be replaced after 9 repairs in 2 months just as the weather got colder! Recommended initailly by a neighbour who had used them for installing their new boiler. Prompt response to telephone enquiry, visiting next day to do survey and provide quotation. Use Which? recommended Worcester boilers which was what I wanted. Work was carried out efficiently, completing in the two days allocated which included fitting new bolier, pump, valves, adding filter, new thermostat and programmer, powerflushing and tuning radiators. Will be using again to do some additional plumbing work in kitchen. Not the cheapest but considering I paid nearly as much 18 years ago when old bolier was installed by British Gas, and the extensive work that was done, I think it represents good value. Worcester boiler includes 10 year parts & labour + a free first service so thats good peace of mind and valuable cost saving for the future.
