Bracknell Plumbing & Heating has been established since 1990, and over the years the company has gathered a wealth of qualifications, knowledge and experience in all aspects of heating work. We are a family business and believe that by remaining a small company we are able to provide a more personal touch to all our customers.
We are also so lucky to have five excellent office staff with eighteen experienced plumbers/engineers working for us full time, which allows us to respond to any customer requirement immediately and professionally.
Also each large project like new heating installations, hot water cylinders and bathroom projects are carefully planned and managed professionally by Mark Wilkie.
We don’t just do large projects – we do all small general heating and plumbing works including, boiler services, boiler breakdowns, gas safety certificates, tap and shower works and so much more!

BHP were professional. Paul, lead contractor, was user friendly, discussing options as required to complete job to timescale and agreed budget. Jenni in the admin team was also helpful. Would recommend them and more importantly, as an endorsement, I would be using their services in the future.

Paul and Jenni at Bracknell Plumbing & Heating helped in a crisis and I can’t thank them enough. I had only a dribble of water coming out of my kitchen mains water cold tap. South East Water emergency team investigated, confirmed it wasn’t a supply pipe leak and that the cause was my internal seized stopcock. They said the water could stop all together at any time. Jenni in the office at Bracknell Plumbing & Heating was so helpful, she understood the emergency situation I was in and arranged for a plumber to be with me at 8am next morning. Paul arrived on time, did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be done, was calm, efficient, clean and tidy in my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber and the relief of having my mains water supply restored was brilliant!

I had my combi boiler and radiators installed in June 2015 and have had them serviced each year thereafter (twice now). I have the very highest regard for this organisation. The quotation process was efficient and took place within the time promised - and the installation was the same - arrived exactly on time and completed the installation as promised. The services were the same. Reminder for the servicing arrived in good time for us to prepare - the serviceman arrived exactly on time and carried out a thorough inspection of the system. I cannot recommend this organisation and their professional staff highly enough.

I have just used this company to complete a total overhaul of our heating system including a new boiler. The original was 21 years old and several parts of the system had been replaced. The quote was very competitive and two days quoted to complete. As they completed the work more issues were found but they stuck to their quote. Even after two days another problem with my gas supply prevented commissioning the new boiler so Nathan came on his day off to ensure we weren't left freezing! I chose them as they had fitted my hob and oven at short notice last year. This is not a one man band but an organised local firm or around 15 employees. This meant that both times I called them they could respond quickly. They are affiliated to Worcester Bosch so I got a Best Buy boiler with a ten year guarantee rather than the five some others offer. Everyone who came to our home was very professional and courteous. I am sure they will be my go to for boiler servicing and any other problems going forward. Highly recommended.

18 year old boiler needed to be replaced after 9 repairs in 2 months just as the weather got colder! Recommended initailly by a neighbour who had used them for installing their new boiler. Prompt response to telephone enquiry, visiting next day to do survey and provide quotation. Use Which? recommended Worcester boilers which was what I wanted. Work was carried out efficiently, completing in the two days allocated which included fitting new bolier, pump, valves, adding filter, new thermostat and programmer, powerflushing and tuning radiators. Will be using again to do some additional plumbing work in kitchen. Not the cheapest but considering I paid nearly as much 18 years ago when old bolier was installed by British Gas, and the extensive work that was done, I think it represents good value. Worcester boiler includes 10 year parts & labour + a free first service so thats good peace of mind and valuable cost saving for the future.

The work was to increase the size of the shower to make it easier for my mum, age 89, to use, & to update the rest of the fittings with new lighting & tiles throughout. Mark spent time understanding my mum's needs & took care of planning & selecting sanitary ware. The fitter Joe did an excellent job from beginning to end. The job was completed on time & everything was left clean & tidy. My mum was delighted.

Boiler broke down - freezing!! Called in am. had gas engineer by noon!! Brilliant, great chap, very professional, had a good look over my system, gave me advice on topping up water pressure and advice on controls (really helpful) and only £96.00. Brilliant service.
