Brad McQuinn

Mr McQuinn was friendly and pleasant to deal with, prepared to discuss what he was doing and thinking, and interested in working out the problem with the pilot on our old Britony 2 gas water heater. His approach was thorough and intelligent and we were left with a working heater. His prices were very reasonable. I would definitely call on his services again.

If you are looking for a good plumber and heating engineer, go one better and choose an excellent one....Brad McQuinn. Brad has just installed a new C/H boiler and new radiators throughout the house did two small heating and plumbing jobs at the same time. Brad came when he said he would, arriving on time each day. We found him to be polite and helpful; a conscientious and skilful worker who kept the place as clean and tidy as possible and kept us informed of how progress was being made. We feel he does little things extra to ensure satisfaction and consequently we are totally satisfied with the results. We doubt if a better heating engineer/plumber could be found in this area or probably anywhere and do not hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone . We will certainly use him again.

Upgrade to a combi boiler. The work was completed within the suggested time scale, reliable, very hard working, friendly, excellent service all round! I would definitely recommend and use again!

After paying through the nose for annual boiler cover and reading about Trusted Traders in Which- we decided to employ Brad to service our combi boiler.He arrived bang on time ,sheeted the relevant work area and gave our boiler a thorough service.He is courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to advise us on the most efficient and effective way to set heating temperatures etc. We will most definitely recommend him to friends and family.A brilliant find !

We have used Brad a couple of times and also recommended him to friends. He offers a quality and professional service at a very reasonable price and will provide options and/or intuitive workarounds to suit your budget. For example, we had a leaking stop tap under our kitchen units. Brad carefully cut out a section of the unit to gain access and replaced it after fixing the leak. We were wary of cutting holes in our kitchen units but the repair is perfect. Brad is a really nice fella, courteous and on the level. I would highly recommend him and would have no hesitation in hiring him again.

Good communication and quickly attended a job to replace a bedroom radiator through a redecorate project. Clean and tidy including clearing up and taking the old radiator away. A trusted local tradesman we'll use again.

I needed to have my gas boiler serviced, but I work full time. Upon telephoning Mr Mc Quinn we arranged a date and time for the boiler service. The first big plus and a huge bonus Mr Mc Quinn kept to the pre-arranged date and time. Before commencing work I was given the cost for the boiler service, despite the boilers age (10years) there were no hidden extras. The boiler was in the kitchen Mr Mc Quinn was a clean and tidy worker, he covered the kitchen work surface and floor with dust sheets so there was no dirt left by him. With all the above in mind I would be happy to recommend him to family and friends. Janet

It took a week for Brad to be able to visit us, such is the understandable demand on his time. He arrived at the time arranged and did a first class job disconnecting three gas fires and capping the pipes. Although he had to lift a carpet and some floorboards, when he had finished everything was as he had found it. Brad had explained his charges over the phone and the final bill was less than i had anticipated - I am sure he had not charged for the full time he was on our property. He is a very pleasant, friendly man and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone who needs a competent and reliable Gas Safe engineer.
