Brad arrived at the agreed time after purchasing the replacement toilet & parts. Dust sheets were laid down from porch - staircase & into bathroom. When the work was finished he explained & demonstrated the modern working of the push button flush & the soft touch sea & lid. I am in my 90th year & I appreciate his kindness & I would recommend him to any customer.

The whole process went smoothly from start (quotation) to finish. I especially appreciated the fact that Lee kept me informed of what was happening at every step of the way.
