The response from Brad’s Rubbish Clearance was quick enabling me to get the job done within 2 days of my request. Jim and Graham arrived promptly and were very courteous and careful. They worked continuously clearing furniture from the hallway, first floor and garden. Although the job took longer than originally anticipated Jim stuck to the agreed quote. I highly recommend Brad’s Rubbish Clearance and would not hesitate to use them again.

Second floor flat with cement staircase access. Some old furniture for disposal following a house move. Beds, cupboards, cabinets, drawers and tables. Very easy to arrange over email - on the day the guys were on time, incredibly polite and helpful and a joy to work with, they got all the work done and handled everything wonderfully. Moving house can be a stressful time but our experience with Jim was excellent. Very nice guy, very professional, would not hesitate to recommend!

Jim responded to my initial query promptly and after sending him photos of what was to be cleared we agreed a price, date and time. He and Luke were pleasant, very thorough and cleaned up after they had removed the stuff from the lobby and garden. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Jim responded promptly to my email, asking for photos of the obsolete oil-filled radiator and route to outside from my first-floor flat. I telephoned as I needed it removed as soon as possible and being local he was able to call round within the hour. At an agreed price he removed the item and emailed the receipt before leaving. I should be content to ask him to remove other items when the need arises.

I contacted Jim as I needed three beds, their mattresses, a large armchair, the contents of a garden shed and patio furniture cleared from my late mother’s house. Jim quickly provided an estimate for the work and confirmed availability for the date that was convenient to me. On the day, Jim arrived on time, quickly reviewed the items to be cleared, and got to work taking great care when moving each item to ensure the walls and carpets weren’t marked or damaged. Jim was friendly and professional clearing everything in a timely manner; and completed the work to the price of his estimate.

The service was as promised at a value for money price. They dealt with a wide range of stuff from sofabed to garden chairs on a difficult site - 1st floor flat with no lift - in a very professional way.

Jim and Chris did a great job clearing my mother-in-law's house. They turned up on time, worked hard throughout the day and did everything that we asked of them and then some, and all within budget. We recently cleared the loft space due to rat infestation. We needed the waste disposed of properly due to it's nature. After contacting Jim he quickly gave me a quote and after answering my questions he arrived an hour and a half later. Jim explained how the waste was going to be disposed of and promptly went about his business. Highly recommended

I returned home from a holiday to find a lorry load of miscellaneous rubbish fly tipped on my land (car park space) and a upsetting letter of complaint from Bexley Council regarding said rubbish. I didn’t know where to begin to get the rubbish removed responsibly but after speaking to someone at the council contacted Jim for advice. Jim came to visit me the same day and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate to remove the rubbish. He was polite, courteous and sympathetic to the distress caused by some unscrupulous person dumping their rubbish on my land. Jim cleared the rubbish at a date and time agreed and left my car parking area spotless. Even though there was more heavy rubbish buried underneath than expected Jim honoured his estimated quote. I can’t recommend Jim highly enough and won’t hesitate to use his waste removal service again if needed in the future.

I have hired Jim three times and I have no intention of hiring anyone else. He was recommended to us when we bought our house and during that incredibly stressful time he so reliable, reassuring and friendly that he helped put us at ease. Great service from the team at Brad’s called beforehand to confirm arrival and access, clears and disposed of an old shed and contents a couple fence panels and some other junk that had been accumulated in the garden. Highly recommend polite and friendly worked hard and got the job completed.

The old rotting shed standing on my front drive to be cleared and got rid of has been weighing on my mind for a while, and difficulty in finding a solution, so when I got in touch with Jim, and he responded so quickly and worked out the details together, I already started getting a good feeling about it. I am a freelancer myself, and finding in someone else the degree of courtesy and professionality I just hope to employ myself in my daily job is very telling. And on the day, when he arrived and carried out the job, which at time was tricky and a lot of care had to be taken because of the structure and the position, I felt that a big weight was being lifted (almost literallly) from my shoulders. All this was done in a very professional, friendly, and courteous way, with a smile and the odd chat about things. Besides the shed everything, both what was inside and I couldn't remove myself, and also the stuff I had removed, was cleared and taken away - leaving the site clean as if someone had come around with a magic wand, and puff, everything was gone. That's the impression you will have after the job is done - and at a very competitive price. He even found a little "antique" whilst clearing which is an added bonus to the very satisfactory day. So thanks again, I will recommend (and have already recommended) his services, and certainly will be in touch again.

The lads were really polite, professional, helpful, and patient. At the risk of running out of superlatives, I genuinely could not recommend Brad's clearance services more highly. We had let rubbish pile up a bit in our garden and at the side of our house. Quite a mixture of things that were left in the shed by previous owners, a few broken electrical items and some garden waste as well as a broken corrugated plastic greenhouse. Jim and Graham cleared everything efficiently and to the price agreed when I emailed a few photos the day before. They were friendly and reassuring about the way they would dispose of everything in an environmentally friendly way.

I had a lot of building waste from a bathroom replacement and carpets/underlay from other work. I contacted Jim who asked for photos of the waste and used this to provide the quote. We agreed a suitable time and he confirmed the day before and was here right on time. When he arrived, he confirmed the scope of work and also showed me (unasked) his waste licence. He did a walk though before starting and explained how he'd be bringing the waste though the house (mid-terrace). Ramps were fitted before before starting so nothing was damaged. The two areas of with the waste were cleared carefully, and even though he had to transport the bulk of the waste through the house, they took care with the bends and and door frames. At the end of the job, everything was left very neat and tidy. Overall, we're extremely happy with the work done. I'd highly recommend him, and agree with the other people on this site that left glowing reviews.
