Bradway Premier Removals

I hired Bradway Premier Removals (BPR) removal service on 31st March 2025 for removal from Sheffield to Durham. It's been a satisfactory experience moving house with BPR, their punctuality, professional attitude, helping, and care for customers impressed me. I will highly recommend their removal services. Mathew not only helped in moving and loading/unloading stuff but also cared for loading stuff so that any damage could be avoided. Additionally, Mathew was kind to me offering a ride from Sheffield to Durham, which not only saved my train ticket, but also ensured that I reached the destination on time, and enabled me to unload the stuff and arrange it.

My theatre group had booked Bradway Premiere Removals to transport the set and furniture to the theatre and back to our studio a week later. We booked with Matthew, he confirmed by email and we had used his company before. My husband also texted him the previous day (Sat 25th Nov) stating that he was expected at 8.30 am the next day, as a reminder. There was no reply to this text. We got all the stuff out of our workshop onto the pavement, but no van arrived. We rang, but there was no answer. We found the address online and myself and another person went round there, to find the van parked up outside. A lady was in - it was a house rather than commercial premises. She confirmed he wasn’t in and tried her best to contact him or find someone else to fulfil the booking, but couldn’t. We had a three hour delay as we tried to find an alternative way of getting our stuff to the theatre on a Sunday morning; eventually managing to book a self hire van at short notice. Anyone can make a mistake, it’s how you deal with it that counts. This trader did not even have the courtesy to offer an apology or contact us in any way whatsoever. This company does not deserve to be recommended, either by a respected organisation such as Which, or as a Trusted Trader. Find someone reliable.

Matthew was quick and efficient in collecting materials from our rehearsal room. He arrived exactly on time which is essential in theatre work and dealt with the various items effortlessly. From start to finish he was professional and extremely friendly. I would have no problem with recommending his company

Bradway Premier Removals were professional and efficient both packing up and unloading our belongings. The men were pleasant, helpful and willing to meet any of our requirements. They also were accommodating when I needed to change dates, and do not charge any fee for cancellation.

I can’t recommend Bradway Removals enough. The guys worked all day and loaded everything with care. It was a difficult move due to Solicitor issues which caused the move in to be late but the guys did not complain. Also when they learnt we were due to see a show that evening, they pulled out all the stops. Once again great service. They made a very stressful day much more bearable.

Matthew, Shane and the lads have been absolutely terrific. Accommodating, helpful, polite and reliable I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Truly excellent - thank you!

Great service for our house move! Arrived on time, the guys were efficient at loading and unpacking van. Friendly and helpful, nothing was a trouble. Definitely use again, careful with the packing and would recommend. When the job was taking longer than anticipated they brought extra guys in and an extra van! Brilliant.

Mathew did a home visit late evening unlike other firms! He was a true gent and went through how BPR handle and protect our possessions.& was very friendly and helpful. We got the price first thing in the morning it was mid price but the best customer service by miles so we gave the job to Mathew and his team. On the day everything ran smoothly and I've got to say we actually enjoyed moving which i didn't think i would ever say!
