Established in 2008, Breeze has +20 years’ experience in domestic and commercial heating and plumbing solutions. Along with being a Which? Trusted Trader, we are Gas Safe, MCS, approved members of the Association of Plumbing, Heating Contractors, Renewable Energy Consumer Code, Worcester Bosch approved installers, Vaillant Advanced installers and Trust Mark approved.

Breeze installed a heat-pump water cylinder for us as part of a whole-house retrofit. They were punctual, communicative, polite and professional. Simon came to inspect the property and worked with me to come up with a solution for our hot-water needs which worked with the house and other works we had. The communication was very clear, and at no point did I feel we were being up-sold. When I had extra questions, Simon was happy to answer them in as much detail as I wanted. All costs were communicated clearly in the initial quote, as well as the lead time for the cylinder and installation, and all budgets and timelines were kept to precisely. The quality of the work was top-notch. They offered useful advice and communicated with other contractors we were working with as necessary. When other contractors caused significant delays, Breeze were extremely patient and gracious about the inconvenience to them, and worked in non-ideal circumstances without complaint. Following the installation, Megan followed up to help with product registration and checked that we were happy with everything — we were! Among all the contractors we worked with for this retrofit, they were among the very best to work with: every time they said they'd do something, they did it exactly to time and specification as agreed, with no need for chasing or follow-up from us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having been let down by my usual boiler service company, I contacted Breeze following a recommendation. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to arrange an appointment. The engineer arrived promptly. I was extremely impressed that the engineer used shoe covers. He was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. Excellent job thank you. 100% recommended.

Whilst I had to wait for anappointment for the boiler service (Christmas and New Year break) I was kept informed of the date and time of arrival. The operatives who carried out the service were very courteous, very thorough and left everything very clean and tidy. I would certainly use this company again.

Megan was quite direct in gathering information but organised the visit with good levels of communication. I felt that I was visited by a truly knowledgeable expert in heating. It was good to observe him working through the issues. The issue was improved but not solved. More work required!

We had an outdoor waste pipe disconnect from the shower and whilst it pushed back on Ok it seemed very fragile and would have failed again the next time the shower was used. We contacted Breeze because we have used their services to carry out our boiler service and we’d always been satisfied with the work they’d undertaken so it seemed an obvious choice to ask them to carry out this plumbing work. The plumber was scheduled to arrive at 8:30 but arrived early. Rather than break the schedule he waited until the allotted time before knocking the door precisely on time. We’d previously sent a photograph of the issue so he’d already completed a visual assessment and had messaged to say that the pipes looked weathered and may need replacing and the fix would depend upon what he found in person. Upon inspection the plumber assessed that the pipes were in good order and that did not need replacing so he ‘re-made’ the joints and added some sealant to the joints to make them secure. I appreciated that he didn’t exploit us and resolved the issue in short order explaining what he was doing at each stage. The charging was also clear in advance and we were pleased that we were given a discount for being loyal customers. All in all a great customer experience and would definitely recommend.

One year on from installation of our Vaillant boiler, Breeze Hot and Cold contacted us to remind us of the annual service. The engineer arrived promptly, carried out the work efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. Breeze admin and engineers are readily available when needed, especially reassuring in the early days; it’s great to have that back-up.
