We had an outdoor waste pipe disconnect from the shower and whilst it pushed back on Ok it seemed very fragile and would have failed again the next time the shower was used. We contacted Breeze because we have used their services to carry out our boiler service and we’d always been satisfied with the work they’d undertaken so it seemed an obvious choice to ask them to carry out this plumbing work. The plumber was scheduled to arrive at 8:30 but arrived early. Rather than break the schedule he waited until the allotted time before knocking the door precisely on time. We’d previously sent a photograph of the issue so he’d already completed a visual assessment and had messaged to say that the pipes looked weathered and may need replacing and the fix would depend upon what he found in person. Upon inspection the plumber assessed that the pipes were in good order and that did not need replacing so he ‘re-made’ the joints and added some sealant to the joints to make them secure. I appreciated that he didn’t exploit us and resolved the issue in short order explaining what he was doing at each stage. The charging was also clear in advance and we were pleased that we were given a discount for being loyal customers. All in all a great customer experience and would definitely recommend.

One year on from installation of our Vaillant boiler, Breeze Hot and Cold contacted us to remind us of the annual service. The engineer arrived promptly, carried out the work efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. Breeze admin and engineers are readily available when needed, especially reassuring in the early days; it’s great to have that back-up.

Our annual boiler service was completed quickly and efficiently, as it is every year. We always get a timely reminder when the service is due, the engineer arrives on time, and is friendly throughout. A very good company.

I was selling my house and new potential owner requested a document which is confirmed the annual service of boiler. The manager in the office Jess was very helpful and communicated with me don’t stop, asked all details and pay so much attention for my needs. Job by engineer Was done next day, he collected the key of my house from estate agency and droped key back after job was done.

We recently used Breeze for our new house renovation. We had a bathroom refit, boiler repair and new radiators fitted. Nick was excellent throughout. His timing was great, he was polite yet professional, clearly knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a few extra jobs come up and he was more than happy to help. I recently used Breeze Hot and Cold to install an air source heat pump to supply underfloor heating and hot water linked up with solar panels. Also, as an additional extra they were able to plumb in a new downstairs wet room. They did an excellent job. Their communication with me was ongoing throughout the project, giving advice and always available to speak to on the phone. They worked very well with the other contractors, flexible with their availability and went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements. They popped in and out and got the work done in a very reasonable timescale working around us and others working on the project. They were great to work with and we had a bit of a laugh along the way! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From booking our appointment to the engineer arriving here at the allocated time, the company were both friendly and efficient. The engineer remembered his visit the previous year and our boiler was serviced. I cannot rate this company too high, they work as a team from the office staff to the engineers and I would certainly recommend them.

On finding a small leak through the ceiling in the morning I rang "Breeze hot and cold" and the helpful receptionist said, that after checking the extent of my problem, she would check on the availability of a plumber and call back. This happened soon after and I was advised a plumber would call at 2.00 pm. The plumber arrived on time, assessed the problem with the feed to the water storage tank in the loft and went directly to get a necessary part from a local stockist. He returned with the new valve, replaced it, checked for water tightness and then left. Job done efficiently, quickly and to my satisfaction. This is a very good service.

We chose the company following a recommendation from a neighbour. We had 2 taps replaced and a radiator installed and the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. The installers were on time, very courteous and professional and we would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

The stopcock and pipework are in a narrow box behind the toilet in my ground floor washroom. It's an awkward place to work in because it's narrow and difficult to get at behind the toilet cistern. The plumber arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently, cutting out a redundant plastic box (purpose unknown) and replacing it with a new length of pipe and a new stop tap. He was helpful, efficient and let me know how he planned to resolve the problem. The quote was an hourly rate as the extent of the work was uncertain. The invoice was within the expected parameters. I would use Breeze again: the administration in booking a convenient time for the work to be done was efficient and friendly, the plumber seemed competent and professional.

A good start was that they actually responded to my initial enquiry (which didn't happen with some other companies). They provided a price for a boiler service and confirmed that the service included all the items I'd listed (which is the Which? list of must-dos). Their engineer turned up on time and was open and clear about what he was intending to do. In this instance he found a serious issue with the boiler; he explained what the issue was, what the cause was and the required remedy. The boiler was "red-tagged" (ie do not use). He engaged in a dialogue with "the office" and scheduled in a time to repair the boiler (the next day, first thing) and also phoned a parts supplier to establish the part was acquirable. So all along I was kept informed what was going on. He came across as competent and professional (something I've found lacking when using other companies).

From the first interaction the service delivered by Breeze Hot & Cold was perfect. Site visit & quotation provided in efficient timescale, arrived promptly at stated installation time, job completed perfectly, after the visit you would not know they had been. Polite & knowledgable staff and great communications throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Very professional all round ; office staff very helpful and efficient Plumber arrived at appointed time, carried out all necessary work with the minimum of fuss and maximum expertise ( even though both jobs were not entirely straightforward). This was the second annual service following my switch from a British Gas contact The Breeze engineer arrived on time and immediately got to work. The service involving part strip-down and testing was done thoroughly and efficiently (I've seen a few of these done over the years at my home!). My questions about the boiler and system were handled helpfully and courteously with advice given on making better use of the system. The service included the filter found in the loft and advice was given on the system apparatus located there. An invoice came later in the day with a full report on the work done and the condition of the boiler. Altogether a very satisfactory experience at a fair price.

Great handling of booking times and work was done well. Called for some work with my boiler losing pressure and even though it wasn't for the reason I thought it was all still handled on the day.

I searched on Which? for information on recommended boilers and installers and was please to find Breeze Hot and Cold Installations in my area. They responded without delay and called to survey the scene and quote without delay. After I accepted their quote the installation was carried out to my total satisfaction in about 10 days. As good as I could have hoped.

Nick came and took out an old toilet and sink and came again as requested a couple of weeks later (after I had redecorated) to fit new ones plus a new mixer shower. We're really pleased with the work carried out and will definitely use them again. Communication was very quick and professional and it was all finished on time and as quoted.

We booked a call out for a leaking radiator pipe, Nick turned up on time was polite and knowledgeable he fixed the issue straight away. We asked some questions about other work that we wanted doing and he took down the details. A quote was sent and the prices was very competitive we went ahead with the additional work and once again Nick turned up on time and did a great job with some testing pipe work in our house. Would definitely recommend and will be using for further work and servicing

Brilliant work by Nick from Breeze. I asked for a range of work: fitting radiator thermostatic valves, installing Hive, cleaning out the radiators and servicing the gas combi boiler, and fitting a new electric shower. Nick did all the work - due to issues he ran into it took longer than expected (and I also asked for an additional TRV), but the company was great in terms of finding another slot for him to come round. I got a really strong impression that the staff employed are highly skilled and well supported, and I was impressed too by the back office operation - very friendly and quick responses. Highly recommend them.

I had an electric shower unit replaced. Nick did the work very efficiently and professionally. He explained and demonstrated how the new shower works, and it seems to fit the bill I required. Nick was helpful and friendly and tidied up well. The whole job did not take very long, and there were no problems.

When it came to renewing the annual service on the gas boiler I contacted Breeze after reading positive reviews of the company on Facebook. The service of the boiler was very thorough, engineer polite, knowledgeable and very helpful plus the job was very competitively priced. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use them again.

I phoned for help with central heating breakdown at midday, and the engineer came later that afternoon for a diagnosis. He then returned the next afternoon with a replacement pump and fitted it, then checked the whole system was working. Very impressed with the swift response and solving of the problem within 36 hours! We have a very old system, so removing the old pump was difficult but the engineer was very tenacious and struggled hard till he got it out. Excellent service from the office and engineer, so I would recommend this company wholeheartedly! The engineer also brought a large fan heater to use while the system was out of order, which was very thoughtful. Office was efficient in sending quotes and bills by email. Impeccable service!

I needed my combi boiler servicing and Roy turned up at the allotted time and did a thorough job and fixed one small issue. Very pleased with the overall customer service received.

Unlike many other companies, BreezeHot & Cold responded very quickly to an initial enquiry. The new boiler installation was carried out at the agreed time by friendly and informative engineers. Prompt communication was mainly by email with an occasional phone call. Overall a helpful and straightforward company to deal with and well recommended.

Annual boiler service completed on 21:1:22. Breeze hot and cold Installed our boiler 4 years ago, we have had no issues and is working as efficiently as first installed, we have it serviced by them annually. They contact me to remind me that service was due and arranged a time convenient to me. The service engineer, as always, was polite and tidy, completing all paperwork and carrying out the routine service. Positive customer service throughout, booking, carrying out work and invoicing, follow up calls post service. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Would 100% recommend to friends and family
