If you don't want to take time off work, we can collect your keys from your workplace, do the work and then return your keys to you later in the day.

I called in Robert for work to be done in the home of a vulnerable family as I know he has great people skills. All work was done with the customers special needs in mind. Robert and Ricky did a great job in ensuring their customer understood the work that needed to be done and treated them with the utmost dignity and sensitivity needed to ensure they felt comfortable and happy with the work. When one aspect of the work presented a challenge (drilling into a wall) they kept us informed and returned the next day to complete the job with great efficiency. They ensured that even the smallest of jobs (eg installing child safety gates) to the plumbing and decorativing work and installing curtain rails and door locks etc were done in a timely manner and they left the premises clean and tidy. Robert checked in throughout the time the work was ongoing to help where needed to ensure the work could be completed quickly so as to prevent as little distruption as possible within the household of his customer. Robert and Ricky have great work ethics and have the right temperament for all types of customers and this is why I knew they would be the right people to do the work for this vulnerable family. Thank you both for great customer service.

Not the first time we’ve used Bricks and Water and whilst it’s never great having plumbing issues to sort out, it’s always a pleasure dealing with Robert and his team. I find household maintenance issues pretty stressful but Robert and Ricky are so nice to deal with you can’t help but relax. They tell you clearly what the problem is, what the options are and then just get on with it. Totally trustworthy of course. The main issue was the replacement of part of a leaking drain pipe with repointing work which was dealt with efficiently by Ricky. Robert sorted out a minor issue with a blocked sink. Ricky attempted to fix a dripping tap but it turned out that the taps actually need replacing so that can wait until next time. He also tightened up a wobbly kitchen sink tap which I’d just discovered was leaking under the kitchen sink but again that’s unfixable and needs replacing (which I already knew as Robert had told me so 18 months before). After care excellent as well - Robert gave me a call the following day to say that he’d reflected on my tap problem and I could actually replace just the taps (the bits you twist) rather than the bit the water comes out of as well. A nice courtesy as I won’t be replacing the taps for a couple of months. I’d happily recommend Bricks and Water.

Robert and his team are fantastic! We needed some smaller jobs (changing taps) that needed attention. His team arrived promptly and we’re both very courteous and professional the entire time. He didn’t waste any time faffing around and got straight to things and had us sorted in no time. It’s so hard to find reliable tradespeople these days and it’s so refreshing that Robert and his team are a top notch group. I’d highly recommend them for your plumbing (and other needs). Robert has a network of tradespeople that can be pulled in as needed for other job types (elec etc).

Robert is an excellent 'front man' for Bricks and Water. Professional, helpful, and a touch of humour and doing a great job. Although we had to wait awhile to get the job done (it wasn't actually urgent) it was done with efficiency and minimum disruption. When there have been urgent /emergency jobs that need sorting Robert has been available at the drop of a hat. Thank you!

Robert from bricks & water was a godsend I was live in Sussex and had to sort out a flat in London getting it ready to rent for my brother after a family death. I had been let down by trades men and then found Robert who took on the whole projects dealing with roof, gas, electric and even a deep clean. Kept myself and brother every step of the way l would highly recommend Bricks & Water for there reliability, professionalism and value for money. Robert was friendly and easy to talk to Thank you

I had a blocked drain emergency over the Easter weekend and Robert was very helpful and came out at short notice. It was a difficult job but Robert got it sorted for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Awful Communication - Just left me hanging
I phoned this company and spoke to a lady who tried to get through to the plumbers but they were busy so she said they would call me. 24hrs later and I hadn't received a call, so I phoned back, the lady who answered found my enquiry from the day before and she spoke to the plumbers who were again busy. She passed me a request to, read the Ts&Cs on the site, photograph the work required and provided an email address to send the photos to; all of which I did along with an explanation of the work required. On 13th May having still heard nothing I forwarded the email with the photos to their main email address pointing out that they still had not contacted me and including the sentence "I still haven't had a reply from anybody. If you cannot undertake the work for some reason could someone please let me know, if you can do the work could we please talk to arrange a viable date/time?" 4 days later and still nothing, I have now arranged for another plumber to do the work.
