Steve was helpful and professional throughput the process. Explained and answered all our questions throughout the process. The installation went well and was well coordinated with our roofer to ensure the panels were fitted in a seamless and timely fashion. Will definitely be asking for him to install panels when we move to our next house.

We received clear information from this company about our options, with choices about the number of panels we could have, the manufacturers of equipment we'd need and their relative merits and costs. The whole process was explained in detail including timescales, who would be present on site and we were included in the decisions about the location of the panels as well as the inverter and batteries (with the merits and demerits of each decision explained). The follow-up service post installation was excellent too with emails informing us of progress and timelines. We required scaffold for the installation and this was removed promptly once it's presence was no longer required. The installation was excellent. The employees unfailingly polite and considerate as well as communicative.

After considering Solar for several years we finally decided to have both Solar PV and a Home Battery installed and after contacting several installers we decided to go with local company Bright Sky Solar. I already had an idea as to what I would like the system to do, and after several discussions with owner Steve he came up with a proposal that took full account of what was possible with our layout and would provide the best combination of both system performance and value. After signing the contract the work commenced on the arranged day with the installatiom team keeping any disruption to the minimum, tidying up as they went along and clearing everything away at the end of the day. Once the work was completed and the system commissioned we received a comprehensive " Handover Pack " with all the necessary test certificates, permissions and system information. We're very pleased indeed with how the system has been performing, we've already seen significant savings in our energy costs and the home battery has allowed use to shift consumption and take advantage of off peak rates.
