Joe's team pollarded three very high lime trees. They were punctual, helpful and went the extra mile. We were delighted with the results. and will definitely use them again.

Joe carried out the preparatory planning application despite receiving misleading information from the council. On receipt of approval, Joe and his team carried out the work in an exemplary manner, on schedule with no dramas despite having to fell a tree with telephone lines running through. They covered the fish pond so that it was free of sawdust. On completion the site was left in a clean and tidy state. They were polite and courteous at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Joe's team did a great job in pruning, tidying and shaping a large bay tree in my garden, alongside tidying some large hedgerow. The light is vastly improved to large parts of our garden and I can't recommend Brighter Outlook more highly. A great team, very friendly, fast and efficient, without a leaf left behind.

Our neighbour asked us to do something about a couple of trees that were affecting their light and enjoyment of their property. We enjoyed the trees but had not realised quite how large they’d got. We reached out to Brighter Outlook Tree Surgeons who were super professional, surveyed the trees providing a detailed quote. The work they did was equally professional.

Brighter Outlook felled two trees for us - a large leylandii and an elderberry, and ground down some of the leylandii's roots which had been lifting some paving stones. This is the second time we have used the company: a few years back they felled a large maple tree for us. Their work has always been excellent and their staff helpful and courteous. All done as set out in the quote. We would certainly recommend them.

Joe and his co-workers arrived first thing and got to work immediately. They made sure there was plenty of floor protection as all the wood and trimmings had to go through the house and at the end they cleaned up after themselves. They gad to gig back three trees, take out some bushes snd cut back others. They did a very good job and I would recommend their work. All the workers were very friendly and they even took the shredded wood to my allotment. The invoice was as quoted.

I have used Joe and his team before and had no hesitation in inviting him to quote to reduce the height of 3 large conifers and a Magnolia Grandiflora together with large overhanging branches from these trees and neighbours’ trees and also light pruning of a Lime and Catalpa trees. Brighter Outlook have looked after our trees for many years and did another excellent job this time around including obtaining planning consent as we are in a conservation area. Joe and his team recently did an excellent job of removing and disposing of our old but sadly diseased olive tree. We have used their services on previous occasions for shaping and reducing the height of other trees and every time their work has been very effective and professional. Joe's quotation was one of four from competing garden maintenance companies. I needed 2 giant hedges trimmed down severely and a huge buddleia and 2 rambling roses removed. Joe and his team carried out some major work on two large horse chestnut trees, two old pear trees and some hazel trees in our back garden. They carried out the work with the minimum of disruption and cleared all the resulting debris away. They were a friendly and efficient team who communicated well with us throughout the duration of the work. Some of the work was carried out on trees under a preservation order and Joe obtained the necessary permissions for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them:they did an excellent job.

Brighter Outlook Tree Surgeons were engaged to remove a very large pine tree that overhang two wood buildings and to remove the stump. The work was undertaken in a highly professional manner using high-quality equipment whilst taking care to avoid any damage to said buildings or the remainder of the garden as the tree was removed from site. On completion, the site was cleared and left in a useable state. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Joe about an upright cherry tree in my small garden that had grown much bigger than expected, not only very tall but very branchy, creating dense shade. I had anticipated that felling would be the only realistic option, so I was really pleased when Joe said he would be able to reduce both its height and its density, whilst keeping its attractive upright shape. Joe and his team were prompt to arrive, and quick and tidy in their working, first reducing the height and then taking great care over branch removal in order to maintain the shape and character of the tree. I am delighted with the result - the tree now no longer dominates and darkens my garden but adds a leafy and airy presence, as it used to before it became overgrown. I would not hesitate to recommend Brighter Outlook.

I got three quotes to bring down a large tree in our garden, they were the most responsive and the cheapest. diligent, on time and left everything in great order.

These guys know their craft - period. I missed out on the joy of watching them hike up a 20-something year old palm tree (situated in my elderly parents front garden) and seeing them at work, as they were done in 20 mins flat!! Why am I recommending Joe and his team? 1. Incredibly efficient. Joe responded to my email request for a quote within 24hrs and had scheduled a visit to site and had me booked in for the work within the week. I was scheduled for 8.30am, today - 24.11.20. 2. His team (of 2) arrived at 8.20am and just got straight on to it, with work commencing at 8.30am (!) By 8.50am the tree was felled and all branches and trunk pieces removed. Not only was the garden left meticulously clean of leaves and tree saw-dust, but the neighbouring garden was cleaned too. 3.
