The two tree professionals were polite and did the job exactly as we had described to them. They cleared up very well and altogether did an excellent job.

I have used Joe's services before : on this occasion the task was to reduce & trim a tall conifer. Work was carried out very professionally & area was tidied afterwards, The team also removed 2 tree stumps that had been left following previous tree jobs - they did not ask for extra money but I was happy to add to the original quote. Not only would I recommend but will be using again.

Had Joe and his team up our massive Gleditsia Tree for the entire day and they did a great job. We used 'Brighter Outlook' about 6 years ago and were equally happy with the work they have done this time around. From quoting, recommendation of work to completing the work, everything went smoothly. Rather than chopping the tree to pieces, Joe had 3 people abseiling and 2 on the ground to ensure that the shape of the tree is maintained. Joe's quotation was one of four from competing garden maintenance companies. I needed 2 giant hedges trimmed down severely and a huge buddleia and 2 rambling roses removed. I found Joe down to earth, extremely affable and had a no BS attitude. Brighter Outlooks quotation beating the others was the icing on the cake. The work was carried out by 3 of his team and they worked efficiently, with good humour and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would use this company again. I was so pleased with the outcome. I had a large sick and ill 80 year old Damson Tree cut down to a stump. The work was next to the pavement and the team were very professional at setting up a safety zone looking after foot-traffic/passers by. The site was left clean/tidy. The fee was as per estimate. Neighbours asked us to reduce the height of a holly tree. Joe's team did a great job. They were punctual, efficient, courteous and tidy. We couldn't have asked for more.

Joe and his co-workers arrived first thing and got to work immediately. They made sure there was plenty of floor protection as all the wood and trimmings had to go through the house and at the end they cleaned up after themselves. They gad to gig back three trees, take out some bushes snd cut back others. They did a very good job and I would recommend their work. All the workers were very friendly and they even took the shredded wood to my allotment. The invoice was as quoted.

Brighter outlook did a great job removing a massive eucalputus tree and a large robinia tree from my back garden. The team were really pleasant and worked very quickly to get the job done in the minimum amount of time. They were flexible and agreed do a bit of extra work for me as well as removing the two large trees. They left everything pretty tidy given the amount of work they had to do including obviously lots of sawing. They were also great value for money.

Excellent service from Joe and his team! We had a very overgrown and dangerous eucalyptus tree, which had broken the ground and was not far from falling. The tree was also in a very restricted location too close to ours and neighbouring houses. Joe came took a look and explained the options, as always provided us with a very clear and sensible set of options, we decided to go ahead and remove the tree completely and have the stump ground out. Joe explained that this would not be a problem and his team arrived a few days earlier than expected and completed the work very safely and efficiently, and with all the mess cleared up ! Everything was done as agreed and with no mess and no fuss exactly as we wanted! Brighter Outlook Tree Surgeons Ltd is a small local firm. It deserves its 'Brighter' title. Their response to a request for a quote was prompt and the price competitive. The work required was to take back the growth on a small hawthorn tree to the previous year's growing points and to bring in the canopy of a magnificent cypress. The hawthorn is of a modest size but it's position in a flower bed and against a fence, makes it awkward to access. Care was taken to protect the flower bed. The work involved the tree surgeon climbing into the tree to get the job done and hawthorns are not forgiving. The cypress is an impressive tree. It had grown enormously in volume. Again the degree of care taken to keep the overall shape, while reducing the profile, was impressive. Brighter Outlook Tree Surgeons have my strongest possible recommendation.

My tree is a bit difficult to reach. This was no problem to the team who cleared up spotlessly afterwards. Very pleased with the results and indeed the brighter outlook.

I recommend Joe and his professional team. They gave advise whilst they were cutting the branches to give balance to the tree and yet let in more light through to my garden. They were very polite, cost was reasonable and they turned up on time.

Joe and his team carried out some major work on two large horse chestnut trees, two old pear trees and some hazel trees in our back garden. They carried out the work with the minimum of disruption and cleared all the resulting debris away. They were a friendly and efficient team who communicated well with us throughout the duration of the work. Some of the work was carried out on trees under a preservation order and Joe obtained the necessary permissions for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them:they did an excellent job.

Joe's team did a great job in pruning, tidying and shaping a large bay tree in my garden, alongside tidying some large hedgerow. Joe and his team recently did an excellent job of removing and disposing of our old but sadly diseased olive tree. We have used their services on previous occasions for shaping and reducing the height of other trees and every time their work has been very effective and professional. The Brighter Outlook team trimmed a 60 foot length of leylandii hedge, including the top on our neighbour's side, pruned a silver birch and removed an overhanging eucalyptus branch. They arrived punctually and the work was done with a combination of care and speed. We were consulted before the work began and the results were excellent. The site was left very tidy and the team of four were all friendly, helpful and polite. We can highly recommend this company.

Joe has been friendly and professional throughout - keeping to appointments, giving good advice, ensuring we complied with local authority requirements and being flexible (giving further quotes) when we wanted to consider other options.
