Excellent service from Brighter Outlook. They reduced the height and width of our large Oak Tree and removed an Ash tree . They turned up on time and worked hard to complete the job in a day. Joe checked regularly with us that we were happy with their work, everything was left clean and tidy and their charges were very competitive. Best of all the Oak tree looks great, Joe shaped and balanced it perfectly! Thank you chaps on a job well done. Highly recommend this company.

Joe came to quote for the work promptly after we first contacted him. Having obtained the planning permission required in this conservation area, his team subsequently carried out the work (3 trees of various species) to a very high standard, including remedying previous "butchering" of an apple tree. They arrived promptly on the agreed date, were extremely pleasant & efficient and left the site in excellent order. All that for a very fair rate. We have recommended them already to a friend and will certainly use them again ourselves.

Had Joe and his team up our massive Gleditsia Tree for the entire day and they did a great job. We used 'Brighter Outlook' about 6 years ago and were equally happy with the work they have done this time around. From quoting, recommendation of work to completing the work, everything went smoothly. Rather than chopping the tree to pieces, Joe had 3 people abseiling and 2 on the ground to ensure that the shape of the tree is maintained. Hardworking team, very professional, leaving the property tidy at the end. Thank you. We will definitely recommending Brighter Outlook.

Also they arrived exactly at the time and date agreed and tidied up beautifully before departing. I have used Joe's services before : on this occasion the task was to reduce & trim a tall conifer. Work was carried out very professionally & area was tidied afterwards, The team also removed 2 tree stumps that had been left following previous tree jobs - they did not ask for extra money but I was happy to add to the original quote. Not only would I recommend but will be using again.

We had the stump of a large bay tree ground by Brighter Outlook. They did a very thorough job, clearing many of the thick roots in the immediate vicinity of the stump, for a very reasonable price. I was impressed by the attention to safety during the job, too.

Brighter Outlook gave the most competitive estimate of the three companies I approached. The job involved pruning a pear tree that had got seriously out of control, reducing the height of a hedge by three or four feet and pruning back a honeysuckle that had engulfed the front of the house and was rambling over the roof. They turned up bang on time and completed the job effectively and efficiently. I would heartily recommend them.
