Brightside Heating Ltd has changed its trading name to Brightside Heating Services Ltd as from 01.04.2017.

We offer a wide range of expert solutions for gas boilers, heating repair and servicing.

We can even diagnose some faults over the telephone, saving valuable time and money for our customers.

Established in 2001, a family run business, we have built a solid reputation throughout the Medway towns and surrounding areas, and we take pride in offering a one-stop-shop that you can rely on to be efficient, professional and competitively priced for the repair of your heating system.

As Gas Safe registered gas and central heating engineers, we can handle all types of gas boiler and heating system repairs and servicing, gas safety inspections for landlords etc, replacement radiators, cylinders, controls, power flushing and descaling, insurance emergency work and letting agencies.

We can also offer annual maintenance contracts which includes an annual service. See our options plans.

Paul was very professional, friendly and advised how best to get hot water running quickly now the cold weather is coming. He undertook the boiler service with efficiency and left everything very tidy upon completion. Will definitely use Brightside again.

Stuart called to undertake our annual boiler service. Always pleasant and polite he undertook the work professionally. On checking the pressure he discovered a leak on a valve. He was ready and prepared with the spare parts to complete the work. All good.

Our annual boiler service was due and we have used Brightside Services since it was installed 10 years ago. As usual, the engineer phoned us 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, which is very helpful. He turned up on time and completed the service in a very efficient way. Left everything as he found it, and was very polite. We have every confidence in the business and are happy that our boiler is in good working order. First class

I have used Brightside on both my own property and on my rental properties for at least six or seven years. Jobs have included one-offs, such as changing taps, fitting radiator valves to leak tracing, and repair as well as regular boiler maintenance. In all cases, the work has been fairly priced (call-out charges quoted in advance), prompt, and for gas safety certificates, diarised each year with excellent liaison with letting agents and tenants. They are also extremely flexible, a factor which prompted this review. Having recently received a water bill which was four times what it should have been, I rang Gary for advice, and he patiently talked me through how I could eliminate various causes on a step-by-step basis until it was possible to be precise about the source of the leak. This has so far reaped enormous potential savings in emergency call-out charges from specialist firms who would otherwise charge premium rates for on-site diagnosis. I thoroughly recommend Brightside as an ethical and fair contractor.

We have been a customer for more than 30 years - right back when combination boilers were very new. Brightside were the only company that really knew what they were doing. We have always enjoyed great service from them and feel we can really rely on them. Don't go to anyone else
