A corner of our kitchen ceiling fell in this morning after we'd seen a drop of water coming out of a crack. Bromley Plumbers was able to send someone out the same day, which was a big relief. Craig did the job quickly and efficiently and explained everything he was doing. We've used Bromley Plumbers in the past and always been pleased with the service, and were so again today.

I asked Bromley Plumbers to give me a quote for replacing a dripping kitchen tap and sorting out a problem with my shower thermostat. They came on time, sorted out the shower problem there and then and gave me a fair quote for the kitchen tap. I accepted the quote and fixed a time for the work to be done. The tap was in a position that made it very difficult to change but Brett, the plumber, persevered and I’m pleased with the result. He gave me some advice on another non urgent plumbing which was helpful. Despite the job taking longer than expected the bill was the same as the quote. I would use Bromley Plumbers again.

Had leaflet through from Checkatrade and called to arrange visit to leak from WC. Jack was very helpful and got it booked in. I then needed to change the apt and sent a WhatsApp to rearrange on a Sunday and Jack responded outside working hours to confirm. Tom arrived promptly at 8am. He had to get into sealed unit to see the cause of the leak. He promptly diagnosed the issue and upon us agreeing cost for work went off to get parts. He returned within 20 mins and job was all done and dusted within 2 hours. He gave me advice and explained some issues that I would need to resolve with a tiler too. Great service and job all round.

Bromley Plumbers came round promptly to diagnose a leak in my kitchen. I am very pleased with their entire process. They do not have a call out charge, instead coming round, seeing the problem, then giving an estimated price and doing the work if one wishes after that. The plumber visiting me was very efficient and straightforward: he diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. I agreed to the work being done and he carried it out. Problem solved and I know who to call if there turn out to be any problems. I recommend this firm highly and would come to them for any other plumbing work I might need. Thank you

Tom from Bromley Plumbers came to install a new rain barrel (water butt) on our patio, which involved cutting one downpipe and rerouting the water through a new pipe across the garage fascia and into another downpipe. From there, a diverter was attached to the rain barrel. The work was done to the agreed budget and everything was explained in detail beforehand, including options, which were then decided on. Tom was friendly and helpful throughout the job. This is the fifth time I've used Bromley Plumbers. They've installed new toilet fittings for three toilets (two appointments), a new shower fitting, a new kitchen sink and now the rain barrel. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend this company highly.

My husband was doing some DIY and moved a piece of wood near the sink water pipe, which then started leaking. I turned the water off and phoned Bromley Plumbers who answered straight away and said they would send someone as soon as they finished the job they were on. Luke arrived within the hour and resolved the problem. He was extremely polite and explained everything he was going to do. I would definitely recommend Bromley Plumbers.

Amazing service, Jake was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He encountered some problems with our existing old pipe work but this was resolved without any additional cost. Despite it being a dirty job everything was left tidy. Jake is very conscientious and friendly. I would definitely use Bromley Plumbers again and would recommend them to others.

Repair to leaking pipe from water tank in loft

Bromley Plumbers Ltd were contacted with a leak in the bathroom which was coming from the loft at 14.30 today. Stuart had attended by 16.00 and had affected the repair by replacing a short length of pipe which had a small hole in it by 16.45. He worked quickly and efficiently and completed the work without any problems. This company had been used to repair a shower pump earlier in the year and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm for any plumbing work, as they have always been polite and helpful.

I contacted Jack after I was quoted nearly £500 to change my kitchen tap by another company. He was really helpful, looking at the link I sent him to check the tap I wanted would be suitable. Work was completed today at a much more reasonable price and I am happy with the results.

Great service and experience with BPs right from start to finish. Jack was great at getting me booked in and they were out within the week to fit my new garden tap. George, who came out on the day, was really nice - very respectful of my property and provided a great service around the fitting too. Cleared up after himself and put my items back too. Really lovely company. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Jack fixed a dripping tap. He considered all the options, i.e renew the cartridge or renew the tap. We took a chance on renewing the cartridge, as I already had two new ones under guarantee, but as the make of tap was considered to be a good one and should not have given trouble. Jack looked at all my other taps, to see if there was anything wrong in the system to cause the current breakdown and found nothing. He advised me that if the tap failed again inside the guarantee time to seek a better make. He was most careful when removing the failed cartridge. I am very pleased with the repair and will use Bromley Plumbers again and also recommend them if asked about them. I still need an invoice and the receipt, hence only 4 stars this time. I paid with a Mastercard at the time of the visit. Did my email address not work, which is why I'm lacking these items?

We called Bromley Plumbers Ltd as there was a problem with the water flow to the bathroom, kitchen taps and toilet. They said they could come in the afternoon, they were prompt and also let us know they were on their way. They explained the problem & what they were going to do in a professional way. They were even able to fit a new handle for the toilet as we asked for. They were clean and tidy in their work. Very happy with the work completed and thought it was good value for money.
