Wanting to provide a fantastic service from the initial survey, design & professional installation. Brooks Kitchens wanted to fill a gap in the local market for consumers to get a fully in-house service where service levels would be the highest they could possibly be as the process is controlled by one company at all times.
Having been responsible for running construction and home improvement projects for many years , I understand how important having an accountable project manager is to achieving the very best client experience.
Listening to and understanding the ideas of my customers and transforming their vision into tangible reality is something that sets us apart from others. Taking an early thought and creating something genuinely special makes my job thoroughly enjoyable.

We are so happy with our new kitchen! Josh and his team did everything to make this full renovation as stress free as possible, From our first engagement with Josh (and redesigns), to the completion of the job, we have nothing but praise. It wasn’t one big thing that warrants our 5 star rating, it’s all the bits combined. Sara kept us updated throughout on costs and appointments, and Josh personally project managed the whole installation, which included bringing other top quality tradesmen too. We really can’t praise them all enough. Just a big big thank you. If you're considering any kind of renovation, we couldn’t recommend them enough - Brooks brought to life our imagination

Josh made an absolutely fantastic kitchen for us. The project management from start to finish was superb, helping us create and then realise all aspects of the design. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were brilliant. Ryan was exceptionally helpful and professional. Sara in the office was excellent with communication and organisation. Josh fitted new doors to our kitchen units, built a breakfast bar and relaid the floor. It looks splendid. He is a stickler for detail yet at the same time works extremely hard and doesn’t waste time. Everything was finished on time and we were delighted with it all. Josh is a perfectionist and a pleasure to have working in your home.

Our fire door at our Scout hut had been vandalised. Josh came out to meet us to look at the job. Sara then contacted me to say they would do the job but they had to juggle their work schedule around to fit us in. The hut could not be used as it did not have a working fire exit. They did the job on time and within the quote. Sara kept us informed of what was happening. Josh explained what he was going to do. They even went to the length of making sure that the door was painted to the correct colour for us. They left the site spotless after the job. We could not have been more happy with the job.

Brooks Kitchens has just made an excellent job of restoring my kitchen after having the tank for a new heat pump fitted in my kitchen. This was a non-standard job which presented a real challenge as no off the shelf solutions would have worked. The team were friendly and courteous, explaining everything that was being done and leaving the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of each day. The water tank cupboard and refitting of the old gas boiler cupboard were both done to a very high standard. I highly recommend this company.

Josh is extremely reliable and hard working and he arrived on time and worked extremely hard to finish the job as quickly as possible whilst still achieving excellent results . All 5 doors fit perfectly and have really transformed our landing . Josh has a very pleasant, friendly personality and he has a wealth of experience despite being so young . I would highly recommend this company .

Josh & Ryan have just completed work on updating & refreshing our kitchen & we are highly delighted with the result! Their delightful Operations Manager Sara was professional, knowledgeable & provided us with some very helpful tips. She constantly updated us & was always available to offer her advice, whilst Josh called to show us samples & talk thru the finer details. The work was carried out on time, with Josh & Ryan arriving promptly each morning & tidying & cleaning up the space before they went home each evening. Their work was of the highest standard, indeed, I would say Josh is quite a perfectionist & takes great pride in his work. I cannot recommend Brooks Kitchens highly enough & would have no hesitation in using them in any future projects. Josh, Ryan & Sara, thank you so much. Jan & Damian

Josh has done a number of joinery jobs for us recently, all of which have been completed well and efficiently and importantly he always turned up when he said he would… not always the case with other tradespeople! He came round after working hours one day to fix an ‘emergency’ problem we had which we were really grateful for, and Sara kept us updated on all admin matters. Josh, Ryan & Sara are all a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We are delighted with the kitchen designed and installed by Brooks kitchens. Josh listened to what we wanted and created the perfect design thinking about all practicalities. The installation was seamless as it was all project managed by Brooks, Josh has a keen eye for detail and made sure everything was perfect. The kitchen was left tidy at the end of every day and Josh and Ryan were a pleasure to have around. Sara who looks after the admin side kept me up to date throughout the whole process and was lovely to chat to! Thank you team. We are beyond happy with our kitchen and for fitting us in before our baby arrived!

We had a problem with a dropped worktop that needs raising and levelling. To fit in with other work in the kitchen, Josh had to call several times, which he did even out of usual business hours. He and Ryan ( the apprentice) did an excellent job, backed up by helpful Sarah in the office who kept us up to date with with with all administrative matters.. Nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend Brooks Kitchens as a first port of call for kitchen and joinery services.

Josh constructed a built-in wardrobe for my daughter’s bedroom recently. I had resisted built-in furniture for years as I had seen so many poor quality examples but I am now a convert ! Josh talked through what could be achieved with various materials and finishes and gave me an accurate costing for each option. The work was completed to a very high standard and he took great care to leave the project tidy at the end of each day. He is a lovely guy who is completely trustworthy and reliable. We previously had Josh refit our utility room including fitting a cellar trapdoor and making a butcher’s block on castors which could be placed over the trapdoor to hide it when not in use. His skill and ingenuity is second to none. We are planning to move home next year and we will definitely be using Josh on our next house.

May/June has skirting boards fitted into a sizeable bedroom. Very very happy - cant fault him. It was good quality job. He communicated, was polite and friendly, exactly what needed. Solved and worked with us in a collaborative way. Using for more work because its good quality and decent price.

I was having a bungalow renovated prior to moving in A bathroom / toilet had a plywood floor covering which had some water damage. Josh removed the damaged section and replaced it. He rehung some internal doors which wouldn't close. They do now In a bedroom we had drawer units which were sticking and difficult to open and in a wardrobe there was more drawer units that needed runners refitted He repaired these so that all drawers opened and closed smoothly we have stairs leading to an attic room which is fully boarded into the eves Josh measured designed and installed some cupboard units for storage He was punctual friendly and always cleaned up any sign of where he had been working. He is our first choice call for any joinery work

Josh designed & fitted cupboards and worktops to fit our utility room. He was really patient & professional (despite me changing my mind after I had already given him the brief), he just happily redesigned things. He was prompt, worked quickly & kept everything really tidy- we could not have been happier with him or his work!
