Welcome to BSL Plumbing and Heating with 30 years experience in the trade i have covered the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas.

The installation, Servicing and Breakdown Repair of Boilers is my main business speciality but i also offer many other Central Heating services including Hot water cylinders (Vented and Unvented) Fires, Cookers, Water Heaters, Radiators, Under floor heating and heating controls.
I also undertake all major aspects of general plumbing from dripping taps to complete bathroom renovations.

I fully recommend Ben! He has completed a lot of work for me including replacing two showers so I already knew the standard of his work. This time he replaced my faulty boiler, going above and beyond after trying to repair it for me first, which he didn’t charge for. He worked all day non stop. He is friendly, professional and efficient. 100% recommended. Thank you Ben I will be calling you again in the future I’m sure.

My Father had previously used Ben to service his heating system, so i knew of the quality of Ben`s work. He was able-at very short notice-to order,and install a new electric shower for me. He installed the shower, and completed the work to a very high standard, and upon completion of the work, checked with me that i was happy with the completed work. Ben came very highly recommended. looking at Bens work on facebook and the feedback gave me the confidence to contact him. The communication has been very good and Ben was able to gives us time that would work for us due to working for NHS and shift work this can be hard, but Ben was very helpful and able to fit us in. He came the house and diagnosed that need new part, he was able to order this for us and booked us in to get this fixed. When he came to fix the boiler we also ask him services it as well which was more than happy to do for us. Ben is work is excellent and was very fairly priced. have got him to come back and do some other work. over all BSL plumbing is brilliant.

Ben did a great job when my my heating packed up during the coldest time of the winter. He sorted everything as quickly as possible - parts needed to be ordered. He clearly explained the problem, what was needed and got on with it in a very friendly, clean and efficient way.

BSL was recommended to me by another plumber who couldn’t do the job I needed. We have a complete Shower Room re-fit including moving the toilet and so digging up floor and laying new soil pipe. Ben was reliable on all fronts from keeping appointments to look at the job and actually starting and completing the job. He is a plodder but he is thorough and helpful. A good job done by a helpful and positive contractor.

We were recommended to Ben by my son who had recently had a large scale boiler and radiator plus pipework job completed to a very high standard. Our first job for Ben was to correct a faulty tank installation by a British Gas contractor. Since then Ben has routinely carried out servicing and repairs not only for us but for my Scout Group Hut. He has recently been appointed the nominated contractor for our Scout Group.

I have had my boiler serviced, and repaired, for the last 3 years by BSL Plumbing. Based on the quality of service that I have received with the boiler I had them fit new radiators and a heated towel rail in Nov 2023. I found Ben at BSL to be friendly and knowledgeable. All the work was discussed with me prior to starting, with the options and prices being made clear to me.

BSL have carried out extensive works for me over the past few years, from regular boiler maintenance to a new heating system and bathroom renovation. The level of work completed is simply outstanding and is backed up by Ben's reliable and honest approach, his knowledge and support have been fantastic.
