It started with a quote for a replacement boiler. James came round and went over my system looking at everything, he gave me a quote before he left. I asked how long quote would be valid and gave a great timeline, obviously Callidus was my best quote and booked the work. Keith and Lewis arrived and very polite and worked all day !!! Poor guys had issues with my system and they stayed until 8pm trying to fix it, James came next day and Murphy's Law meant it had sorted itself during the night. I cannot recommend Callidus high enough for great price and professionalism, they work to a high standard and are polite while doing it.

Our old boiler failed just as the cold weather came in January. James was able to visit and discuss our needs and options very quickly and gave a competitive quote. He also managed to schedule the work quickly. We were kept informed as to arrival times. Keith and Lewis were polite, efficient and told us what they were doing and explained things. They stayed to make sure everything was working well and cleared everything up and left it all clean and tidy.

I employed Callidus heating to install a new Vaillant boiler in my house. They were prompt, helpful and efficient. I couldn’t fault them from the initial discussion with the owner James, to the installation of the boiler by Keith and his apprentice, Lewis. Nothing was too much for them. They came exactly on the day I asked for, even though I didn’t give them much notice and Keith kept me informed on the progress of the job step by step. When I wasn’t happy with something he was quick to change it even if it wasn't a quick fix. Both Keith and Lewis were very friendly, informative and very helpful. I was very pleased as they were extremely tidy and cleared everything up after them and they managed to fit my boiler without damaging any of the tiles surrounding it. They both stayed until everything was finished and Keith even gave me his personal number to ring if I had any problem. They even dealt with the warranty for me. Later that evening James contacted me to see if I was happy with the work and was even going to come round to get feedback from me. I think Callidus is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Plastic sheeting was placed everywhere they were going. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and completed the job. All areas were left clean and tidy before they left. All paperwork was left with us and Keith explained the heating controls to us. Keith also said that they would register the installation for us to ensure we get the maximum guarantee. I received an email that evening with relevant info about the registration. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and its workers to others.
