Gas Pro Co is a company based from the Clapham area that delivers exceptional Gas, Heating and Plumbing breakdown and repair works.

We are a small company with 19 years experience in the industry that deals with all Gas, Heating and Plumbing issues at the domestic, light commercial and commercial level.

We can be give you an idea of costs by phone, email or ideally through a video call. We will sure up a cost before any work is done through a quotation.

I’ve used Carl a couple of times now having been strongly recommended him by a friend who also lives in the area. He’s communicative, punctual, tidy, and above all patient when I know ashamedly little about maintenance, and when it took me a little while to gather funds for a total boiler replacement. Super glad I went ahead with it all and I was in totally safe hands.

Carl worked hard to find the parts needed to resolve our boiler issues and had our boiler working again quickly. He offered good advice on how to address other issues we had with the heating in the property. He came when he said he would and the price came in less than he quoted. I would recommend Carl.

Carl came recommended from a friend who found him on Which? He is a very nice local independent plumber. Responsive to communication. He came prepared with the part needed and checked everything over in the whole house. Knowledgable, friendly, tidy. I will have him come back to do a few other projects. He is not limited to just heating issues like some other plumbers.

Having been impressed with Carl's thorough and professional approach when he serviced the boiler at a property in Battersea I rent to tenants, I had no hesitation in contacting him for a project to extend the hot water supply at the property and remove an old shower and instal a new one. He gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote. He undertook the job carefully and was helpful and patient when there was a delay in my finding someone to do some related building/tiling work. Once I found someone, he coordinated very efficiently with them and with my tenants to complete the job. I was very pleased with the end result and my tenants are delighted to have a good quality and reliable shower. The end cost was very close to the original estimate despite the fact that a little extra work was needed. Carl was helpful and professional throughout and communication was good over the course of the project.

Carl answered my first call immediately and made the first visit two days later. He confirmed what I suspected that my hot water system needed replacing. He was exemplary in handling all stages. He gave a quote very quickly, ordered the system and gave me a date for doing the work. On ‘ the day” he turned up, did all the work, absolutely no mess and was finished by 5pm. I would have no hesitation in using him again and in recommending him.

Capitol Maintenance did an excellent job sorting out old problems with our plumbing and heating. He also installed a new boiler, radiator and shower. He did a great job of working out the issues and coming up with a solution or two. He did the jobs thoroughly and tidied up after. He is a nice guy and trustworthy. I felt totally fine leaving him in the house alone when I wasn't there. I will be using him again for other jobs we have in the pipeline (excuse the pun) and have already recommended him to another friend. Thanks.

No response to request for boiler service
After initially agreeing a date for a boiler service, failed to reply to further emails. Not good customer relations to just stop communicating, let the customer know if you are too busy, not interested, etc.
