Gas Pro Co is a company based from the Clapham area that delivers exceptional Gas, Heating and Plumbing breakdown and repair works.

We are a small company with 19 years experience in the industry that deals with all Gas, Heating and Plumbing issues at the domestic, light commercial and commercial level.

We can be give you an idea of costs by phone, email or ideally through a video call. We will sure up a cost before any work is done through a quotation.

Capitol Maintenance did an excellent job sorting out old problems with our plumbing and heating. He also installed a new boiler, radiator and shower. He did a great job of working out the issues and coming up with a solution or two. He did the jobs thoroughly and tidied up after. He is a nice guy and trustworthy. I felt totally fine leaving him in the house alone when I wasn't there. I will be using him again for other jobs we have in the pipeline (excuse the pun) and have already recommended him to another friend. Thanks.

No response to request for boiler service
After initially agreeing a date for a boiler service, failed to reply to further emails. Not good customer relations to just stop communicating, let the customer know if you are too busy, not interested, etc.

I had recently arrived home after time abroad and had become rather unwell, and without any heating or hot water, was not in a great way. After calling Gas Pro Co, he very generously altered his schedule to fit me in at last minutes notice, solving my gas problems while educating me on the restoration so I could handle it myself should it happen again. Very thoughtful, quick and efficient service - would highly recommend!

Overdue boiler service and some faulty radiators. Carl was friendly, quick, tidy and polite. Not only do the boiler and radiators now work great but he was able to fix some longstanding problems that others hadn't managed to fix. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted GasProCo to give my boiler an annual service, and also help with a general plumbing issue – a leaking toilet cistern. GasProCo are Gas safe and carried out the service, checking the boiler and emissions, as well as also thoroughly cleaning the boiler (insides) and putting everything back as it was found. GasProCo then moved to the leaking cistern, identified the issue quickly and gave me the part number to buy a new part. GasProCo returned the next day and promptly fixed the issue, replacing the broken part quickly and efficiently, before putting the whole thing back together. I would definitely recommend GasProCo and use again as and when the need arises.

We needed a new boiler installed and heard of Capital Maintenance & Installation/GasProCo through a recommendation. Initial consultation was on video call and we received advice on the best boiler range to use. Quote was received quickly and competitively priced, and installation booked within days. Fantastic workmanship, carried out in a thorough, calm, professional and polite manner. Within 48 hours we received boiler guarantee from the manufacturer and Gas Safe registration. It was a stress-free experience which is like gold-dust with traders! We are so impressed that have already recommended to a friend.

I reached out to Capital Maintenance & Installation during the Lockdown, after discovering I had a gas fire that may or may not be releasing gas while not burning. They responded swiftly and clearly, letting me know the cost in advance, and we were able to book an appointment in fast. When they arrived, they made a point of maintaining social distancing which was reassuring, and just set to work. They serviced the fire, made sure it was both safe and working, and established what we should check if we had issues turning it off/on. The whole thing was resolved swiftly, leaving us safe and confident with the fire. They were helpful and friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
