We are a small company with 19 years experience in the industry that deals with all Gas, Heating and Plumbing issues at the domestic, light commercial and commercial level.

We can be give you an idea of costs by phone, email or ideally through a video call. We will sure up a cost before any work is done through a quotation.

Carl was polite and friendly. He handled the issue promptly by checking the issue, picking up the parts, and returning to repair it - all just a few hours apart. Heating and hot water all working fine, no issues. Will use again.

Capital Maintenance carried out a full boiler replacement for me after mine stopped working and left my family with no heating or hot water. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the whole team were friendly and professional, even giving me a call a week after to make sure everything was working as it should.

Our Boiler needed a service and had a small leak, Carl arrived at the time agreed quickly found the problem replaced the part and did the service. Our boiler is located in our kitchen and we were pleased to find that our worktops and kitchen was left as clean and tidy as before Carl arrived Our boiler is now leak free and working well.
