Paul and Paddy delivered our new rise and recline chair last Friday. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They took time to explain how the chair worked and put it in the place where we needed it. They took all the rubbish away. We were very happy with the way they worked and helped us! I went with my daughter to the Southampton showroom to buy a riser-recliner armchair. Kevin and Ben were both helpful, showing us different chairs and allowing us time to choose the fabric. We did not feel pressurised at any time to make a decision. The chair was delivered on time by Rick who was on his own. He unpacked it, set it up and showed me how the handset worked. It looks smart, is very comfortable and I am very pleased with it.

Outstanding customer service from visiting the show room in Sept, very helpful full attention on customer needs. We were kept informed throughout even contact 30mins before delivery. Delivery guys were first class friendly, went the extra mile, explained the operations of the chair in great detail that the customer could understand. Left the premises tidy. 5 star service

What a team! Arrived at exactly the time we were advised they wood, parked the van sensibly out of the way of other road users, delivery men, Tim & Stuart introduced themselves ‘ confirmed the item to be delivered. Assembled chair including the extra covers ordered and care kit. Demonstrated how to use the chairs remote control and then cleared all the packaging away, leaving the property exactly as it was prior to arrival but ensuring chair was located in the correct position for use. Careco are fortunate to employ such professional and conscientious workers. Thank you.
