This is the second time we have used Carroll’s. They always deliver a great product for a great price exactly when they say they will. Fantastic people to deal with. 5 Stars all the way.

Full house windows installed and 2 doors. From quote to completion, excellent service. Surveyor arrived, very polite and friendly. Spent time explaining what would be done should we wish to go ahead with the works, no sales pitch which was refreshing. Agreed to have works carried out on receipt of quotation. The team of fitters arrived on agreed date and time. Very polite and friendly. Carpets covered in all rooms. Minimal disruption, just got on with the job. High quality workmanship, so pleased with the job. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had work done on our conservatory roof and house roof all of which was first class. The workers were excellent civil polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Would certainly give them 5 stars. Wouldn't hesitate to have work done by them again. If your needing first class tradesmen look no further than this company. Excellent

I had a front door fitted after ours decided it would no longer open. Due to a cancellation, the door was fitted 2 days earlier than expected which was brilliant timing for us. Brian turned up when he said he would said he didn't need anything and proceeded to get on with fitting the door. The door took about 2 hours to fit and I honestly wouldn't even have known Brian was in the house. The next time I saw him I had a lovely new front door. The fitting was quick, professional and completely hassle free. I'd proceeded a few doors prior to purchasing from Carrolls. Nick came out to measure and talk us through pricing (which was really reasonable compared with competitors). I'm delighted with the quality of service from start to finish

Recently had two new doors fitted by Carroll’s Window and Door Solutions and we are absolutely over the moon with the finish. They were very professional and helpful right from the start of the process, with the surveyor visit and quotation, through to installation. Very good level of communication throughout and kept us informed of minor delays to delivery. The fitting was carried out to an extremely high standard, everything left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to use Carroll’s again and would highly recommend.

We had new windows and doors in the entire house. The workers arrived on time both days and were clean, tidy and courteous. There was no damage to our existing paintwork and decoration which pleased us. I had taken the following week off to tidy up around the new windows but there was nothing that needed to be done. Couldn’t recommend Carroll’s more. They have completed 3 windows, a front door and 1 set of French doors for us so far - we are booked in for the remainder of the house - and each time they deliver excellence and quality. You wouldn’t even know they had been there, they are so tidy upon finishing. The guys are really friendly and take you through all the do’s and don’ts once they’re finished, as well as answering any questions. Paul and his team go above and beyond - a really excellent company.

Carroll's Window and Door Solutions was fantastic from the very first visit from the Surveyor to measure up, fast quotation and excellent price followed on by completion of the work to the highest standard possible. I would highly recommend Carroll's on their high quality of workmanship, friendly staff and attention to detail leaving windows and doors gleaming and sparkling with no mess whatsoever. We couldn't be happier with the finished job of replacing French Doors. Communication wonderful too and we are very happy customers. Will have no hesitation using again and would highly recommend to anyone!!

I had a large window removed and patio doors installed. The work was a really high standard and the workers were very professional throughout. Highly recommended and would use the company again. Really pleased with the new doors. The work was carried out on the one day and a small issue with the lock was resolved promptly the next day.
